"Are your ready?"
"Why? Where are we going?"
He just looks at you.
"Really? We're going to....."
He nods. You get up and run to him, hugging him.
"Thank you so much." You say into his chest. "This means the world to me and more than likely her."
"And you mean the world to me."

"How may I help you?" There was a somewhat short women behind a desk.
"We're here to adopt a child."
"Well here are some books of the girls we have here."
"Uh no. What I mean to say is we already know who we want to adopt."
"Oh you do? And what is her name sir?"
"Alice," You say with a smile. "But if it's not too much to ask don't tell her we want it to be a surprise."
"Ok then. Ill go get her."
She gets up and leaves. You hug Mark's arm you're so excited. Alice runs out and hugs you both.
"Hey guys. What's up?"
"Me and Mark were just going to do some shopping and thought you'd might like to come."
She gets close and whispers, "Anything's better than this place." She laughs.
"Alright then let's go."

"Oh (y/n) there's some stuff I have to do. I hope it's ok if it's just you and Alice." He winks. You nod.
"Come on Alice. It's just us for today."
"It's ok. I like spending time with both of you."
You both walk into the mall.

You bought her a lot of things. Like clothes and a bed set, things she'll need for her room.
"Thank you so much (y/n) for buying me stuff. I feel bad though."
"Hey it's ok. I wanted to, plus you should get used to it."
"Why?"
'Oh crap. Uuuuhhhh...'
"Because when we hang out i always get you something so im just sayimg that you should get used to me buying you stuff....that's all."
"Ok." She shrugs and drinks her milkshake. We decided to eat while we wait for Mark. He went to the orphanage to get her stuff and her papers.
*"poof"*
Alice giggles. "Is that Mark?"
"Yes." You blush and look at the text he sent you.

You face palm and look at Alice. She's not noticing your blushing, she's just people watching.

"What?"
"Oh uh Mark said he's here."
