THE MEMORIES CAME BACK

Before Rhianʼs memories came back, she had a lot of things to worry about while she stayed inside her house—writing the next chapters in her novel and filling in the days she missed her scheduled writing.

Like before, apart from the fact that she was lying on the sofa now, she was also curious about something else while she was thinking of a new plot for the next chapter, pero this time, sinara niya muna ang laptop niya, isinantabi ang ginagawa niya, lalo naʼt nakapag-update siya.

Suddenly her head hurt, like the pain she felt when she was in studio production, but this was different. The pain she felt was different, as if it were getting worse.

She breathed a sigh of relief. She closes her eyes, and she sees things or scenarios just as if she were walking down the stairs. She turns to a part near the stairs, and she sees a single door.

She opened her eyes again, frowning at what they were. She put down the glass she drank from on the sink, then slowly walked towards the stairs, which she could see from her returning memory.

At the bottom of the staircase, there seemed to be an alley, and then she saw a dark part. When she went there, she saw a door there; she turned the doorknob and could see its very dark interior.

When she finally opened the door, she took her phone to put it in flashlight mode, and when she saw the light switch, she opened it with the light bulb turning from red to orange. She went down the stairs with her phone still on and the flashlight on.

She doesnʼt have a maid; since her dad left for Russia, the two maids who were with her at home have also resigned due to personal matters, so she hasnʼt bothered to hire another maid at home.

She didnʼt know how she was going to clean it up, especially if she still had school. She was about to go upstairs again, but she couldnʼt leave without cleaning it. She sighed and wasted no time putting away the things that needed to be put away.

She let out a breath again when she felt the tiredness that she had never experienced before, and in her daily life, it wasnʼt like the tiredness that she was experiencing, not in physical terms but in emotional and mental terms.

She suddenly felt dizzy, as if she were about to fall; fortunately, her hands were immediately resting on a table that she hadnʼt yet dusted. There she realized a red curtain. She raised her eyes from there and slowly raised her hand to open it.

At that time, she only realized that she had a big secret to hide, but she didnʼt know how her memories had been lost.

Once again, she felt her nape ache above her neck, and even her head was starting to hurt as if it wanted to explode. She screamed loudly, but since she was in the basement, the guard didnʼt hear it either.

Because her head hurt so much, she just knelt down while holding her head and tightly clinging to her hair as if she were tweaking herself. She hears familiar voices, and she sees familiar places and faces.

“You already know a lot about Dad, and I want to protect him against people who are trying to kill him, especially you.”
