CHAPTER 10

Xander pov

"Hey ,this is the one who couldn't save his sister" few men laughed on him

"He is living in all these luxuries while god knows what is happening to his sister. He doesn't care about her " they again laughed at him while the boy was just crying

"Your sister deserves much better not a brother like you who couldn't even save his sister.

I suddenly woke up from all the voices and threw the glass on the adjacent wall. I wish I was there instead of her .

My phone pinged with a message from Xavier

"Mom said to be present in the living room by 10.

I sighed and went to washroom to get ready for the day .

I went downstairs after I got ready and saw all my cousins and brothers there. Some were laughing and talking, some were using phone but we all know that it's just facade .

We all are broken from inside there is only one person who can heal that .

" What happened, is there anything urgent" Xavier asked while coming downstairs.

"Yes guys " came a very cheerful voice who belongs to mom .

She entered the living room with dad and uncles hot on their tails

I looked back and my breath hitched .
It's not true right , Adrian was holding a baby who was wrapped in light blue towel .

We all looked towards them silently asking and they nodded their heads .

I was going to look at her but the voices from that nightmare stopped me .

I put my feet backwards and went back to my room .They were right I don't deserve to be her brother.

I closed my room and started punching the wall till my hand started bleeding.

I started crying happily she is here after all years she is here .

I got up and opened my wardrobe in which half is for my baby sister.

I looked at it took out the stuffed teddy bear I bought for her when we went for a school trip.

Teacher strictly told us not to buy anything but knowing that my sister will like it a lot so I broke the regulations because for me my baby sister is before anything .

Third person pov

Everyone looked at Xander retreating back and sighed

"I will go to him " elena said while kissing Adrianna forehead making her coo .

Everyone in their family awed making look Arianna at everyone and then hid her face in crook of Adrian neck

Most of them were crying while some were more than excited

Adrianna was shy to meet everyone but loosened up a little bit making everyone happy

After dinner everyone decided to go their house deciding to meet tomorrow

Xander was nervous as hell because he was on duty to bath her.

"Do you have everything" Elena asked

"Yes everything her baby shampoo, soap, moisturizer, brush, toothpaste, clothes, microfiber towel so that she couldn't get mini scratches " Xander stopped his rambling once he saw hi mom laughing and get red and shy

"Don't be embarrassed baby, you all  deserve moments like these " Elena said

"Momma I not a kid for gods sake " Elena laughed and went away

Adrian came with wide awake Adrianna and suddenly a very bad smell came

"Umm looks like you are on also diaper duty " Saying this adrian went away laughing.

Xander pov

I picked Adrianna in my arms and kissed her all over the face and she giggled but the smell was so bad.

So I firstly was her under the sink and get to her small bath tub with avengers design

I cleaned her properly while giving her kisses now then.

Her giggles were like music to ears. I wrap her in a towel like burrito and clicked her photos and sent into the group chat.

I applied her cream and kissed her every scar and took her to the balcony after making her wear clothes.

I saw someone in the bushes but the person's movement was so discreet .

I looked down when Adrianna made a noise but looked back and saw nothing

I closed the window and took her back to moms room after giving her lots of kisses
