Backstory: Tatsuo/Tatsu was a student at Union Academy along with who was (and still is in the background) his friend Issei, but after a while his friend changed due to the influence of others and he was humiliated by this and some others. After that he was accused without evidence for something he did not do, he was expelled, and after a while he became Kamen Rider Hazard to make justice, and if it is possible to make his friend Issei reconsider along with some students.
