Platform Nine and Three-Quarters. The Potter-Malfoys accompany their eleven-year-old son on his first trip to Hogwarts. Scorpius is all giddy and excited. Until the last moment, he feared the acceptance letter would not arrive. Draco was sorry as he knew where these fears came from - it was his fault, his past that still sometimes cast a shadow over his son as well. Fortunately, Scorpius was now not only the son of a former Death Eater but also the son of the Boy Who Lived, so it was out of the question that he would be forgotten at Hogwarts with an acceptance letter. Now he stands here equipped with completely new gadgets and dressed so luxuriously that he already stands out a little from the other children. He looks exactly like his daddy years ago when he boarded the train, but instead of the arrogant and haughty look typical of young Draco, Scorpius has a sweet and slightly shy look.

"Which house will the sorting hat put me in?"

"Personally, I'd suggest Ravenclaw because you're our smart head, but Scorpius, wherever you end up, you'll love it," Harry smiled.

"You've shown so much bravery in life that you could easily be a Gryffindor. I prefer Gryffindor, as you know. I had a lot of great adventures there. And if it were a Slytherin, you'd handle it as your daddy did with honour. Although he's acting more like Hufflepuff now," he whispered into the boy's ear with a laugh.

"Hufflepuff, huh?" Draco smirked. "How am I supposed to interpret that?"

"Maybe that I'm incredibly happy with you?" Harry said and pecked him. And it was true. Draco had bent his entire existence on making Harry and Scorpius happy. Harry couldn't remember them having a serious argument in all that time. Draco proved his gratitude and love to him every day. He was currently working as a potions master at the ministry, and whenever Harry had time, he always went to see him. Every time, Draco welcomed him with open arms, stopping all the cauldrons for a while and giving him hot kisses and sometimes more.

The only thing that worried Draco was Harry's job, namely Auror's interventions. He couldn't imagine losing Harry. He was so worried about him that when Harry had an action with the Aurors, he could not sleep or eat. He even considered a few times asking Scorpius to connect with Harry if he was okay, telepathically. In the end, he never did. Harry was well aware of Draco's concern but wouldn't change his job because of it. Stubborn Gryffindor! Holder of the Order of Merlin for bravery. Draco no longer hoped he could ever change his mind. He was dreading being in the house all alone when Harry was in action. After all, Scorpius's presence gave him courage. At least he had to act calm on the outside.

"I have one more surprise for you," Harry said as the train to Hogwarts disappeared from their sight.

"You know Hermione is taking over as Minister for Magic."

"Of course, I know."

"Well, she chose me as her advisor."

Draco looked at him questioningly.

"Congratulations, and what will it actually mean for us?"

"Well, more or less, I won't go to those actions that scare you so much."

Draco was speechless for a moment. He then hugged Harry tightly and wept with emotion and gratitude.

Yes, Hermione knew how worried Draco was about Harry, but he really hadn't expected her to do so much for him. How did she manage to persuade Harry? The two women, Luna and Hermione, never hesitated to help him and Harry. He valued these friendships very much. Thanks to them, he, who didn't really deserve it at all, had the best wizard in the world by his side.

"I love you so much, Harry," he whispered, kissing him softly.

"And I love you, Draco."

Hermione didn't really have to persuade him. He could no longer watch Draco's suffering. What would Draco and Scorpius do if something really happened to him? After all, he is their saviour, and it will never be any other way.
