Juno's pov:

The next day Eliot asked him: "Wanna go to the graveyard?"

He stared at the brunette dumbfounded. They were still in school. They couldn't just leave now. Could they? Maybe? Why not? "Umm... okay?" He answered.

"Wanna bring Hazel?" He almost jumped off, until he yet again realised that maybe wasn't the best idea, and quickly took ahold of Juno's head, to keep his balance. While he as the poetic person Eliot was, tried to focus on one thing at a time. Quite literally. Juno was convinced it was one of the trees this time.

Eliot had grown closer to hazel, over these past few weeks. And as the saying goes: a friend of my friend, is a friend of mine. Well it doesn't go like that, but who cares.

"Let's bring Hazel. I'll text them." Eliot took his phone.

(A little info for you all! Hazel's pronouns's are her/them. I should probably have done this sooner, for all of them, but I never got around to it. I'll do it soon... mabye.)

Hazel had been surprisingly quick to respond. She would usually leave him hanging days on end, before finally giving a vague and useless answer. Just one of their many talents.

They agreed to meet at the back of the school. It was the place they were most unlikely to get seen leaving. The reason for that being that there were the least amount of windows they could be spotted from.

He and Eliot went over to where they we're supposed to meet.

"It's weird, isn't it?"

"Huh?" Juno looked over at him. "Sorry, I didn't catch that?"

"It's just... you, Hazel and me doesn't really have that many friends. It's a little weird, don't you think? Aren't teens supposed to have a lot of friends and hang out all the time?" Ellie looked a bit nervous. Scared, like he had just realised something unpleasant. Maybe that the world wasn't as it seemed.

Juno shrugged. "Maybe." A thought came to him and he turned around to face Eliot. "Do you feel uncomfortable about it?"

"To be honest, I don't know... I might be?" He tried to force a smile. He had never been good at that.

"Well, we have each other. You me and Hazel."

"Thanks, Juno."

"You're welcome."

Hazel arrived some 5 minutes later.

"Hey guys!" They said at she walked over to them. She tried not to shout, but still make their presence known. They clicked their tongue.

"Been waiting long?" They asked. They had a black hoodie on and purple jeans. One of her favourite pants. Only because of the colour.

"No, don't worry." Juno smiled at her.

"That's good then." They went over to the brunette and ruffled Ellie's hair. "And how have the little hamster been?"

"Ey, stop it!" Eliot laughed. "And I'm not a hamster." The brunette stood his ground. Very badly, not did it nonetheless.

"So, where are we going...?" She asked.

"The graveyard." They said in unison. Eliot and Juno's eyes met, and a smile formed in both of their faces.

"Yes. Just yes!" Hazel exclaimed. Her look went from just mental to one of Dorian Gray. (If you don't know who that is, I recommend you that book. It's by Oscar Wilde.) They looked dead serious. "Let us betray the living for the dead."

"Is she supposed to be that scary?" Eliot whispered to him.

"Yes..." There was a pause. "You'll get used to it. They don't mean it, I think."

"Well, that's always comforting."

Juno nodded in agreement. He smiled. Then he took Eliot's hand. "To the graveyard it is then."
