Rosé and Jungkook had been business partners for several years. They had started the company together, and over time, their professional relationship had grown into a deep friendship. They shared a passion for the business and worked tirelessly to make it successful. However, despite their close bond, they had never admitted their true feelings for each other.

Rosé had always been attracted to Jungkook. She admired his intelligence, his hard work, and his dedication to the company. She found herself thinking about him often, even when they weren't working together. But she was too scared to tell him how she felt. She was afraid of ruining their friendship and jeopardizing the business they had built together.

Jungkook, on the other hand, had always been focused on the business. He had never allowed himself to think about Rosé in a romantic way. He valued her as a partner and a friend, but he was too focused on work to consider anything more.

One day, they were in a meeting with a potential client. The client was difficult to impress, and they had been working on their pitch for weeks. The pressure was high, and they were both feeling stressed.

As they made their presentation, Rosé couldn't help but notice how Jungkook's eyes sparkled with passion as he spoke. She felt a sense of longing and sadness, knowing that he would never see her as anything more than a friend and business partner.

After the meeting, they went back to the office to debrief. Jungkook was in a hurry to get back to work, but Rosé stopped him, putting a hand on his arm.

"Jungkook," she said, her voice soft. "We need to talk."

Jungkook looked at her, his eyes serious. "What is it, Rosé?" he asked.

Rosé took a deep breath, gathering her courage. "Jungkook," she said, her voice shaking slightly. "I need to tell you something."

Jungkook looked at her, his brow furrowed in concern. "What is it, Rosé?" he asked again.

Rosé hesitated for a moment, her heart pounding in her chest. "Jungkook," she said finally, her voice barely above a whisper. "I love you."

Jungkook's eyes widened in surprise. He had never expected Rosé to confess her feelings for him. He didn't know how to respond.

"Rosé," he said, his voice low and intense. "I had no idea."

Rosé looked at him, her heart breaking. She could see in his eyes that he didn't feel the same way. She had been a fool to think that he would.

"I understand if you don't feel the same way," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I just had to tell you how I feel."

Jungkook looked at her, his heart heavy. He had never wanted to hurt Rosé, but he knew that he couldn't return her feelings.

"Rosé," he said, his voice gentle. "I care about you deeply. You're one of my closest friends, and I value your partnership and your support. But I'm afraid I don't feel the same way."

Rosé nodded, her eyes filling with tears. She had known it was a long shot, but she had hoped that he might feel the same way.

"I understand," she said, her voice thick with emotion. "I just had to tell you. I couldn't keep it inside any longer."

Jungkook reached out, taking her hand in his. "I'm glad you did," he said. "I don't want anything to come between us. We have a great partnership, that is undeniable. B-but I don't see myself with you in the future."

Rosé's heart sank at Jungkook's words, but she knew she couldn't force him to feel something he didn't. "Okay, I understand. We can just pretend this conversation never happened."

_______

The next few weeks were awkward between them, but they managed to maintain their professional relationship. However, the tension between them was palpable, and they both knew something had to give.

One day, Jungkook decided he couldn't deny his feelings anymore. He went to Rosé's office and said, "I can't keep pretending that I don't feel anything for you, Rosé. I know I said we should just be friends, but I can't do that anymore. I want to be with you."

Rosé's heart leapt with joy at Jungkook's words. "Really? You want to be with me?"

Jungkook nodded. "Yes, I do. I can't imagine not being with you."

Rosé smiled through tears and threw her arms around Jungkook, hugging him tightly. "I've waited so long for you to say that."

From that day forward, Rosé and Jungkook were no longer just business partners. They were a couple, deeply in love with each other. They continued to run their business together, but now they did it with a new sense of purpose and a newfound appreciation for each other. They knew that nothing could come between them, and they were determined to make their relationship work.

______

It had been months since Rosé and Jungkook had finally admitted their feelings for each other and started dating. They had gone through the ups and downs of adjusting to their new relationship, but they had come out stronger than ever. Now, they were on a special date at the Seoul tower, enjoying the view of the city at night.

"Wow, this is amazing," Rosé said, looking out at the twinkling lights of Seoul.

"I'm glad you like it," Jungkook replied, smiling at her.

"I love it," Rosé said, turning to him. "But you know what would make it even better?"

"What?" Jungkook asked, curious.

"A kiss," Rosé said, giggling.

Jungkook leaned in and kissed her, wrapping his arms around her waist. They both knew they were right where they were supposed to be.

As they continued to enjoy the view, they talked about their future together.

"I can't believe we're here," Rosé said, looking up at the tower. "I never thought I would be here with you like this."

"Me neither," Jungkook agreed. "But I'm glad we are. I can't imagine my life without you now."

Rosé smiled, feeling her heart fill with love for Jungkook. "I feel the same way. You know, sometimes I still can't believe we're together."

"Why not?" Jungkook asked.

"I guess because we've known each other for so long, and we were just business partners for a while. I never thought we would end up like this," Rosé explained.

Jungkook nodded. "Yeah, I know what you mean. But I think that's what makes our relationship so special. We have a strong foundation, and we know each other so well. It just feels right."

Rosé leaned her head on Jungkook's shoulder, feeling grateful for everything they had been through together. "You're right. I'm so happy we took that chance on each other."

"Me too," Jungkook said, hugging her closer. "And I promise to always take care of you and our company, no matter what."

Rosé looked up at him, feeling a surge of love for this man who had become her everything. "I know you will. And I promise to always be by your side, no matter what."

They shared another kiss, feeling the love and joy of their relationship. As they looked out at the view of Seoul, they knew that no matter where life took them, they had each other, and that was all that mattered.
