Chapter VI: Sweet Mastermind

Inside the elevator a group of students were waiting for their destination, these students were Shiina Mahiru, Ayanokouji Kiyotaka and a blue haired girl. She had a well endowed body and a mole beneath her left eye.

She was looking at the hands of Kiyotaka and Mahiru with an intensity that could start a fire. She couldn't be blamed, they were holding hands and she was a girl interested in love.

To the blue haired girl's eyes they were a mismatched couple, the girl had a big smile on her face while the boy was expressionless as a robot. She couldn't help but think they were the representation that opposites attract each other.

"Let's check my room first, Ayanokouji-kun." Mahiru said with enthusiasm.

'How forward!' The blue haired girl thought inwardly. 'Wait a minute, did she just say Ayanokouji?' It was the same name as the one on the nameplate on the empty seat next to hers.

"Sure. By the way, what are you going to cook?" Kiyotaka asked curiously.

'Cook? Friends don't cook for each other!...There is no doubt they're a couple.' The blue haired girl thought delightedly.

"I think I'll make some curry. Are you fine with that?" Mahiru said. She wanted to prepare a traditional Japanese meal but the time was short. Nevertheless she would have the chance to do it in the future.

"Curry, huh. It sounds tasty." Kiyotaka said. It was going to be his first time trying it so he was really looking forward to it.

Soon the elevator stopped, the light of the eleventh floor was glowing, indicating that they arrived at their destination. A second later the door opened, it was their cue to leave, without wasting any time they left the elevator

'Thank goodness I'm on the same floor or I'll look like a stalker.' The blue haired girl thought before she started walking a little behind them.

Shortly they arrived at room 1106, immediately Mahiru took her keycard, ready to open the door when suddenly the room next door was opened. A pink haired girl exited the room, her hair was tied in twin pigtails, she also was wearing red glasses.

Upon seeing her, Mahiru approached her to greet her. Having a cordial relationship with your neighbors was a must do when moving to a new place.

"Hello, I'm Shiina Mahiru. I'm in room 1106, that makes me your neighbor. I hope we will get along." Mahiru said softly. At the same time she was bowing her head.

'Room 1106! I'm in room 1107.' The blue haired girl thought excitedly.

"H-Hello, I'm Sa-Sakura A-Airi. N-Nice to meet you" Sakura said stammerling.

"Hey! I couldn't help but overhear your conversation, I'm in room 1107." The blue haired girl said happily. "I'm Hasebe Haruka. Nice to meet you Shiina-san, Sakura-san and Boyfriend-san!" Haruka said, she had a goofy smile on her face.

Upon hearing Haruka's words, Mahiru couldn't help but panic. She let go of Kiyotaka's hand, moving them frantically as if trying to deny Haruka's claims. Her attempts weren't helping at all, let's not even take into account the smile and the red face.

"We're just friends." Mahiru said. "Ayanokouji-kun, tell her!" Mahiru was looking at Kiyotaka, expecting him to clear up the misunderstanding.

"Nice to meet you too, Hasebe and Sakura, I'm Ayanokouji Kiyotaka." Kiyotaka said. "I'm Shiina's boyfriend, if you mean friend, that is a boy." Kiyotaka said nonchalantly.

'I'm Shiina's boyfriend!' Mahiru thought delightedly. The same phrase was repeating in her head, over and over. The same was happening in Haruka's mind, who had a face that showed that she was in pure bliss.
