Hike

Charlotte POV
I quickly change into hiking clothes the next morning. I quickly braid my hair. I quickly get the girls ready. I go into the kitchen I grab my Fanny-pack I fill it with breakfast bars and water in a small backpack I pack my small camera. Henry kisses my forehead gently as he enters the kitchen grabbing my coffee I grab it back "Get your own coffee," I laugh he pouts I roll my eyes. "Here," I hand him a coffee mug. I read my book making sure nothing big is going on. Sam walks in "Good morning ready for a hike?" He asks I hand him a coffee. "Yes we are, it's traditional in this household," Henry swings his arm around my shoulder. "Ok the plan is a distance detail. So you have privacy but also so you be safe," he tells us I nod my head. "Ok, the kids love the guards they think it's pretty cool," Henry said I snort "We are also here to make sure the kids aren't in pictures unless they want to be," he informs us "Ok maybe take a few pictures of us on the hike and post just a few," Henry's Aunt Sharlyn says as she comes into the kitchen. Sam nods as the kids run in wearing matching outfits with me. I smile hugging them I fix the girls bandana. "You girls look lovely," Henry kisses my forehead I blush as we head out waving at the cameras behind the fence as we exist the property. The crowd goes crazy I walk over shaking hands smiling accepting the gifts. The kids shake hands with the crowd shyly. I bend picking up Lexi as she accepts a teddy bear. I smile as she hugs the teddy bear. As we walk to the cars. I get into the car with Lexi and her big sister Luna (10). I get in last as protocol. I tuck my right foot behind my left foot. Lexi looks at me and copies I snort. I play with my necklace as we head to the state park I yawn drinking coffee. I lay my head on Henry's shoulder. Its a hour drive I wake up when the car stops. I step out first waving at the cameras shaking hands with the park rangers. As they give us a tour of the visitor center. I hold Lexis hand as we start the hike. The royal photographer follows taking pictures as we go I spin the kids around. I chase the kids up the trail. Picking them up spinning them around when I catch them.
        Henry POV
    I walk behind the kids talking with my family as I watch Charlotte play with the kids. Sam walks in front making sure we are good. "Why can't we just have a normal outing?" My mom asks.  "Well last year we had just a simple best friend who didn't know much about her past this year we have a future queen," I reply I see Charlotte running to me "Hey are you ok?" I grab her arm seeing fear "Yeah Lexi fell her leg is twisted backwards Sam is carrying her down the ambulance is waiting at the bottom," she says behind her Sam is carrying Lexi who's in so much pain. I notice Charlotte ignoring the cameras as she jumps into the back of the ambulance ignoring the security holding Lexi's hand. Sam runs up to me. "She tripped falling down a hill halfway before I caught her. I am going to follow the ambulance to make sure no cameras are being able to take any pictures."
