        Charlotte POV
The playoffs start after Christmas so I can do royal duties. Luckily I got the first week bye.  I sigh as I braid my bun wishing I could be back home having Christmas with Henrys family but we are celebrating next weekend. I pin my butterfly brooch from Grandma H. I smile tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear. I just hanged up with Lexi and the family. She has been begging to go to another Lions game. I smile knowing theres two front row seats underneath the Christmas tree for her to the New Years Eve game. I smile knowing that will make her day she wanted to be down with the fans when we were at the game. I got up grabbing my purse slipping on my heels I walk to the car I walk over to the family I hug the kids kissing their heads waving at the cameras. I curtsy to my parents before hugging them. I hug my relatives as they curtsy. I never will get used to it. I lead the way to go to church. I shake hands with the crowds. Accepting gifts taking pictures with everyone I could. "Any plans on celebrating with your friends?" A reporter asked. "Yes my friend Henrys family invited me to celebrate New Year with them. I miss them greatly, but I'm wearing my friends grandmas brooch," I reply accepting a boquete of roses. We sit in church I sit next to my mom and Amelia (is her little sister age 5). I give her a book to read while we wait. I smile talking to Aela. "Want to visit Detroit for New Years? We are having a party at my house?" I asked. "YES!!" She nods her head. I tuck a piece of hair behind Amelia's ear. I smile as we enjoy the church service. I play with my necklace I smile at the camera knowing they have all eyes on me. I point out things to Amelia has it happens. I look at the papers in front of me. After church, I lead the way back to the winter palace. We are more relaxed so no royal protocol. The kids run ahead wanting to open their presents. Henry texts
H: Lexi loves the gift you gave her.
I smile: good we are heading back to the palace to open up gifts.
I slip my phone back into my clutch. We celebrate Christmas I got a new laptop and Super Bowl tickets for Henry and I and Lexi also new football cleats. I hug my parents seeing the tickets "Thank you thank you," I say over and over again. "You deserve it," my mom replies.
