Reiko didn't have any dreams or nightmares.

It was like she just fainted for a few moments.

Not even the goddess showed up, which was unusual.

In reality, she slept through the whole week.

Aizawa warned the class that if somebody woke her up, they'd get detention, so nobody dared to go close to her room.

At first, Bakugou didn't mind her absence at all. At least he could think about other things properly. That lasted for a few days only, and then he could barely think about anyone other than her.

It's not like she was in danger, but it bothered Bakugou that she wasn't there. He made copies of the classwork so he could give it to her later when she woke up.

If she woke up.

Aizawa had mentioned that this was dangerous and that they didn't know when she'd wake up, but it was necessary.

He'd overheard Ashido and Aizawa talk about Reiko. He wished he didn't, but he was too caught up with the stories to leave.

He got a better understanding of the girl now that he heard some things about her past.

.

Reiko woke up after what felt like a few hours. She looked at the clock, only to see it was 7 p.m.

Freaked out, she ran to the commons to see if anyone was there. "Rei! Glad you woke up." Mina smiled at her.

"Am I in detention?" Was her first question. This made the few people in the commons laugh. "No, Aizawa decided to put you to sleep, so you'd be well rested in time for a mission." Mina walked over to the friend to hug her.

"You were knocked out for a few days, Bakugou was going crazy." She whispered in Reiko's ear, which made her panic.

"Oh my- what about the classwork?"

"Don't worry about it, Bakugou made copies for you." Kirishima chuckled from the couch. "He said it was because 'he's the best at taking notes'." He quoted with a smile.

"Yeah, his notes are always so clean." Reiko agreed.

"You're up earlier than expected." Aizawa interrupted their little conversation. "Did someone wake you?" He asked.

"No, woke up by myself." Reiko shook her head. "Kay, follow me." Aizawa led her out of the dorms. Once out of earshot of the students, he stopped.

"I understand that you went through something traumatic, but not resting at all is not the way out of it." He began.

"I trust we won't have to go to such lengths again." He warned. "Yessir, it won't happen again." She nodded and scratched the back of her head.

"Now, that isn't what I brought you out here for. There's an upcoming mission against Shie Hassakai, we'll need as many heroes as possible." He started.

"That means you too."

Reiko nodded understandingly. "What's the mission about?"

"There's a little girl that needs rescuing, while we do that, we'll dismantle them too," Aizawa explained. "It won't be until next week, so make sure to be well-rested." He warned before dismissing her.

By the time Reiko reached the dorms, only a few people were in the commons.

"Oh, Reiko! We're planning to go to the mall tomorrow, are you coming?" Hagakure said from somewhere, she couldn't pinpoint where exactly.

"I don't know, I have a bunch of stuff to do, so probably not." She scratched her neck. "Oh, shame. I was hoping you'd help me pick some clothes out." Hagakure whined.

"Maybe another time." Reiko pressed her lips together and bid goodbye before heading back to her room.

Reiko;
Kirishima said you had some notes?

Bakugou didn't reply, which Reiko wasn't surprised at because everyone knew how early he goes to sleep.

What she didn't expect was knocking on her door. She opened it to see Bakugou with several notes in hand. He looked quite tired, too.

"Oh, you didn't have to bring them! It could've waited for tomorrow." Reiko put her hands up defensively. "Whatever, I wasn't sleeping anyway so might as well." Bakugou rolled his eyes.

"Oh Jeez, that's a lot of notes." She said as she examined the batch. "Thank you, I'll mull them over." He nodded but didnt move from the door.

"Oh! You can come in if you want." She stepped away from the door and he slowly walked in. "How's it been? Did I miss something?" She sat in her chair while Bakugou sat on her bed.

"Nah, just the same boring U.A." He shrugged. "I mean, pinkie was freaking out about you non-stop but that's about it."

Reiko chuckled from her seat. "What's with you and that Hayashi guy?" He asked out of the blue.

Reiko was quiet for a few moments. "Not that you have to tell me or anything, I was just curious. I mean I heard some stuff from when Pinkie was talking to Aizawa about you but I didn't want to invade and stuff-" Bakugou cut himself off.

He was rambling. Why was he rambling? And why to her, of all people?

"How much did you hear?" Reiko asked. "Well, I know he bullied your brother and that he's an ass. Basically."

"Bullied is an understatement." Reiko chuckled. "He tortured my brother for years until he couldn't take it anymore. He didn't say anything to us about it because he didn't want to bother us."

"He wrote about it in his diary. I didn't sleep for a long time after reading it." She brushed a hand through her hair. "It still disgusts me to this day."

Bakugou couldn't imagine what she would do if she found out about what he did. I mean, he told Deku to jump off a roof.

"If you want to, you can read through it. I've blocked the personal pages." She pulled a notebook out from one of her shelves and handed it to him.

He opened it at a random page and skimmed through. He felt sick after a few moments.

Bakugou thought he was bad but this guy...

This guy was a different breed of evil.

He had to close the notebook, he couldn't read any more of that shit. "Jesus Christ..." He looked to the side.

"Sorry I asked. I didn't think it could be this bad." Reiko stayed silent, looking at the ground. "We told the police about it, even showed the diary but they said there wasn't enough evidence." She blurted out.

"There are worse things in there too, they read through all of it but didn't do anything. He was left unpunished." Her lips pulled into a sarcastic smile. "There's things worse than that?" He asked.

Reiko just nodded. "I will punish him though. I'll make sure he'll never be happy." Her hands trembled, nails digging into her palms.

"You could start by showing this to the principal. It would surely get him kicked out." Bakugou suggested. "I can't just go up to him with that without a reason."  She chuckled.

"Then make one. Get in a fight with him or something."

"Good idea..." She nodded along.

Bakugou felt something pulling at his heart. He definitely did not have a chance with her. He was a bully, she probably hated bullies.

He stared at her for a good few moments before excusing himself, letting her be alone for the night.
