Siah stood in the mirror as she curled her hair before stepping back fluffing it up a bit, she picked up her phone checking the time before cash apping Elias, then blowing his phone up with happy birthday messages.
Her mother could've done her hair but since she wasn't exactly on good terms with her, she'd do her own hair. She had watched tutorials all night and bought all the materials she'd need.
She was so happy his birthday was on a Saturday; it would've been too much for her had it been on a school day.
She made sure to call into her job explaining her predicament, thank god they hadn't terminated her, she had to start saving up for her apartment.
A knock sounded throughout the room causing her to pause her movements. her father's head peeked in, causing her to roll her eyes slightly.
"Hey babygirl." he said smiling at how pretty he looked, he knew him and Siah hadn't talked much since she'd been back but he was going to try to do better no matter what.
she hummed as she focused on selecting a few pieces of jewelry to go with her outfit.
"I was coming to tell you that we have a early therapy session tomorrow.
Another reason why her and her parents weren't on good terms was because they did a lot of telling someone what they was going to do and no asking at all, not caring about how you feel about it or not.
"On a sunday?"
"yes your mother promised to squeeze the therapist in for an appointment at her salon if she did this."
"Okay you can go now."
A frown appeared onto Nicholas's face at her tone, he knew it was going to be harder than he thought to earn her forgiveness, especially after what they'd done.
He closed the door with hunched shoulders as he made his way back to the kitchen where Carmen was cooking.

Siah shimmied her ass into the dress, she was already running 30 minutes late, and dallis was around the corner.
she paired the strapless black dress with the gold geometrical lines with the black heels. she grabbed her clutch and Eli's birthday gifts before walking out.
She ignored her parent's stares as she made her way towards the door, "Don't be out.." her mother started but she was already gone.
"Bitchhhhh." Dallis dragged out as she took in her best friend.
"oh you tryna get fucked like a slut tonight."
"No girl but How was school, miss anything?"
"Girl Nalia came back the week you was gone, it was a crazy week."
