1) Drashti Dhami as Aparajita Mukherjee

 A paralysed woman who is currently doing her Ph.D in a University of Kolkata. She is Sonakshi's maternal cousin. She is very determined, optimistic and kind-hearted woman. She is also a trained classical dancer.

2) Piyush Sahdev as Randeep Brar

A  young Punjabi guy who joined Aparajita's college as a Teaching Faculty recently.  He is a self made man who lost his parents in very young age. He is very intelligent, down to earth and helpful to the students. He was also a sports player in his college days and a Boxing champion. 

3) Helly Shah as Aparna Ghosh

A young, bubbly and chirpy girl of the University where Aparajita is studying. She is also doing her Ph.D in another field. She is known for playing funny pranks which are very mischievious. She is very vocal about her opinions and doesn't care other's opinion on her. She is Laura's paternal cousin. She is good at singing.

4) Namish Taneja as Yuvraj Banerjee

A Software Engineer in Kolkata. He is smart and humorous. He is Randeep's best friend who is more like his brother. He is Dev's schoolmate and friend. Riya's fiance.

5) Shrenu Parikh as Riya Sen

A software Engineer who is working with Yuvraj. Though they were just colleagues in the beginning, soon they turned into lovers and they decided to marry. She is an independent and open minded woman.

5) Jagat Rawat as Bijoy Mukherjee

Aparajita's father. He is very protective of his daughter. He is a school teacher.

6) Moon Banerjee as Asha Mukherjee

Aparajita's mother. She is very supportive and balanced. She is an author.

7) Alpesh Dhadkan as Saurabh Mukherjee

Aparajita's younger brother who is an entrepreneur. He is very hardworking and loves his sister very much.

8) Ram Kapoor as Varun Ghosh

Aparna's father. Caring and empathetic. He is a businessman.

Aparna's mother. Loving and mature. She runs a beauty parlour.
