Kiera had been visiting the library for the past week, hoping to run into Ryan, but it seemed like fate was not on her side. Every time she came, something or the other would come up, be it work, lectures, assignments, or pack duties. And now, with the recent trouble at Liam's investigation, her free time and brainpower were fully consumed. Kiera was feeling frustrated and disheartened as she walked towards the library, hoping that maybe this time, she would finally get lucky.

As she approached the hallways, Kiera's mind was filled with thoughts, and she couldn't help but think that everything seemed to be working against her. She had been hopeful at first, but after multiple failed attempts, she started to feel like she was wasting her time. She wondered why fate was being so cruel to her and why things couldn't just fall into place. Kiera felt a mix of emotions, including frustration, sadness, and desperation.

He was so deeply engrossed in his reading that he didn't seem to notice anything else around him.

Kiera felt a sudden surge of energy and excitement coursing through her body. Her instincts kicked in, and she was sure that this guy was her mate. She felt her wolf surfacing, and for a moment, she was in a trance, admiring him from afar. He looked so handsome yet cute that Kiera felt like she could watch him for eternity. Her eyes shifted colors, and a low growl escaped her lips, causing everyone around her to struggle to breathe.

Kiera realized that she needed to control herself before things got out of hand. She took a deep breath and calmed herself down before approaching the guy with confidence and pride. She felt a connection with him, and she knew that he was the one she had been looking for.
