Aether is now packing his bags, after a long and ardous exploring, problem solving, puzzles and whatnot fountaine is now 100% explored which made both traveller and his companion satisfied.
Aether the whole quest was longing for his lover, Xiao back in liyue. His calm voice, soft touch, cute smile ...everything.
As Aether and Paimon got ready they started to traverse back on foot so they could meet up with a few others before properly leaving fountaine and for a slow pace.
"Ah..this place reminds me when I fished you out paimon" Traveller chuckled as paimon face reddens
"Hey! Paimon didn't have the water gadget before! If paimon did she would have used it then!"
Aether had made a list of 100 things to do with Xiao such as...
Cuddling, exploring liyue again, talking on hours on end, cooking, eating, singing, playing, frolicking, walking on the beach, just anything with Xiao...
Time flies by and The traveller and his companion reach liyue, paimon soon burst into constellation and disappears as usual and the traveller meets old friends as usual.
It's already evening and the traveller finally reached wangshuu Inn, with a bright smile he wanted to surprise Xiao that he had returned...but something felt off...
In traveller's recent adventures made him learn to trust his gut, he looks around for anything abnormal or anyone that needs some sort of help. Nothing, it was very peaceful.
Aether didn't want to shrug this feeling off as the closer he walked the more creepy he felt, he wanted to meet Xiao after such a long time...the traveller's heart was pounding at all the sweet scenarios in his head, he blames the eerie feeling in his stomach as just 'chills'.
"Wangshuu Inn has many undead here...and i thought i was used to it? I guess not"
Aether climbed up the stairs, the atmosphere was lively and the business was booming. The traveller reached to the balcony and-
A surge of unease,uncertainty and even a small headache hit Aether the moment he set his eyes on his lover...
"Traveller?"

Xiao's face , his whole body turns into a blurry silhouette in Aether's eye, like he's some sort of danger
