If You're Going To Cheat, Do It Better

It's been a week officially of the election. I've been racking up votes and building my list even higher, as well as making some side projects ready for use. A livestream was sent to the whole student body and projected on the TVs there of the rankings currently in possession. As expected, all was hosted by Runa. She soon introduced the top 10 in the ranks.

      "The rising star in these elections, she beat a whole string of student council officers right after transferring here. With 13 votes, it's Yumeko Jabami!" Runa stated. She hasn't really been playing to get the votes, so it's nothing really. If she actually played the last game with the sister, she probably would've gotten more. Runa moved on to ninth place,

      "She's been piling up votes despite not being a people person. Hey, the frown reminds me of someone. Does she have an ace up her sleeve? With 17 votes, Miroslava Honebami!" She was much more mature and following compared to the rest of the people sent by the clan. It was merely fate that gave us a game more based on luck and not skill of the hand, so I don't know what to think of her. 

      Continuing on to 8th place, "This one sank Yuriko Nishinotoin, President of the Traditional Culture Club, almost right when the election kicked off! With 21 votes, it's Miyo Inbami!" This is evidence that the votes aren't exactly counted in real time. After the game, Runa decided to call me up and tell me everything that happened. All of them bet over a certain limit of time to student council that automatically kicks them from the election. Miri was the one that lost overall, but in tandem would affect Miyo as well. The ranks went on to present the 7th place. 

      " Gamble with this girl and you might get cursed. It's Sumika Warakubami, with 40 votes!" I haven't talked or gambled with her, but I do know of her. That is simply a costume, and the face under it isn't even real either. Though...I can't bring myself to say much about her. I sighed, letting it play on.

      "She technically tied for 6th place with Itsuki Sumeragi, but we just had to show her off! Almost every person she plays ends up on a missing poster, wonder why? With 50 votes, Michi Hino!" Now I know this isn't real time, since I currently have 54 votes. It's also not a surprise that Itsuki is trying to hard to be the president now after realizing that Yumeko didn't care for it. 

      "This star student already has some of the most votes in Hyakkaou Academy so far. You wouldn't think they'd be the kind to take charge, but still. It's Rin Obami with 62 votes!" He starting to become popular as well, mostly because of his appearance. Girls are starting to like him for that, so he has more things to use for his gambles. I wasn't able to look much into his past, but I didn't much to see his eyes. A coward can only cover their own ass with words for so long.

      "She was recently a housepet, but is now off the leash in the number four spot. Tons of hope rides on likely giant killer Mary Saotome with 101 votes!" With the sudden outreach of the Vice President, she has a platform to start on. This doesn't seem like a scheme from Kirari.

      "This Your Tube Idol is aiming for the starts, even in this election. Share all the videos you want, but don't share votes. With 109, it's Yumemi Yumemite!" She obviously had much help from her fan club, but maybe she'll play Yumeko again soon.

      "Not many high schoolers can radiate this much poise and dignity. If the president seat were being filled tomorrow, she'd be ready to sit in it. One hundred thirty-three votes, Terano Totobami!" Runa complimented. She knew what she was doing, and did it fast. I'll be catching up soon. There's no surprise who number one is, so I didn't think there was a need to watch anymore of it. Kirari Momobami has effortlessly made it to the front with over 200 votes. Not good. I put my phone back in my pocket, only to see Itsuki standing on front of me. "Are you even listening to me?!" She snapped. I answered, "No, not a bit. What you're talking about it nonsense," I sat up straight. Itsuki frowned greatly, crossing her arms in a huff. Class was just getting off, so I was around the usual people. Itsuki ran in not too long ago to hang out with Yumeko and Ryota. Seeing me, she started going off on the rumor going around on the game with Kirari. The game did happen in a way, yes, but I going into it was a waste of time. Especially when it didn't matter anymore. Yumeko and Ryota got involved too, but I kept brushing it off.
