"Lisa!"

"Faster Rosie!! Please drive faster!!"

Lisa can hear their voices but it sounds so far away like she was underwater.

"No! No! Lisa.... Open your eyes!!"

She tried to follow Jennie's desperate instructions but her eyelids were too heavy. Her body hurt when she tried to move it. She tasted blood in her mouth. She really wanted to open her eyes but she felt the black fog coming back pulling her. Before she could succumb to it, she felt someone slap her cheek hard.

"You are not leaving us, monkey! Wake up! Don't you dare leave us to deal with this shit!"

Lisa groaned out loud as she felt another slap on her other cheek.

"Urghh...stttooopp..."

"Nuh uh....I'm not gonna stop until you open your eyes." Jisoo threathend.

"Unnie! Stop! You are hurting her!"

"Jenduke...look at her..she's going to...urgh! We can't let her go to sleep!! Not till we reach the hospital! How much longer Chaeng?"

"We are reaching there, unnie. 2 minutes!" There were horns and sirens blaring.

"Please don't leave us, Lili. Please don't leave me....." Jennie pleaded.

That was the last thing Lisa heard before her world turned black.

Present

"What are you doing here Lisayah?" Rosie asked as she and Jisoo walked into Jennie's office.

Lisa was sprawled lazily onto Jennie's couch busily playing on her Nintendo. As her questions were being ignored, she then turned towards Jennie who's sitting behind her desk busy reading the documents on her table.

Silent.

"Jenduke?" Jisoo now asked.

Jennie raised her head, Jisoo just gestured towards Lisa.

"What is she doing here?"

Jisoo swears she saw the small lift at the corner of Jennie's lips as she looked at Lisa, before it disappeared when she turned to the duo.

Jennie just shrugged her shoulders. "She said she wants to join me in the office today."

"Really? Lisa? This monkey?" Jisoo asked again to be sure.

"Uh huh?"

"So what are you guys doing here?"

"We have an appointment with the head of staff for his new proposal, remember?" Rosie reminded the older girl.

Jennie nodded her head. '"Oh yeah. That slipped my mind. Lisayah!" She then called their maknae.

"Hmm?" Lisa replied without looking up from her game.

"I think we need to schedule our lunch for another day. I forgot about the meeting today."

Lisa finally looked up with a pout on her face.

"NiNiiiii....you promise you will eat lunch with me today..it's already 12 pm. Can you not go? Ïm sure Jisoonie and Rosie can handle it.'' Lisa whined.

Jennie shook her head apologizing. "I'm sorry Lili....I need to be in this meeting. They need us to decide right away."

Lisa sighed. "Maybe I could join you guys?"
