Minji's POV

As my friends bombarded me with questions, I felt a pang of frustration and confusion. The barrage of interrogations was overwhelming, and I wasn't sure where to begin.

"Where did you go?"

"Are you planning to leave Hanni again?"

"What happened to you?"

"You didn't contact us for two years, and now you suddenly show up?"

" WHAT IF SHE'S NOT MINJI"

"SHUT UP GUYS!!!" Haerin shouted, wow this is new.

" That is more shocking, Haerin just shouted" Winter said teasing the cat.

The questions rang in my head, like a swarm of bees buzzing around me. I couldn't handle the pressure and I'm thankful that Hanni is here.

"One question at a time, guys" Hanni said, my girl is my savior. I felt relieved as she spoke up, grateful for her support.

"Woah, Hanni is defending her" Yunjin said, chuckling.

"She's too vulnerable when it comes to Minji" Sakura added, tickling Hanni. Despite their teasing, I was grateful for their presence. I know they would understand me.

As I began to explain my absence, the room fell silent.

"I went to the US" I said, causing Hyein to gasp in excitement before Danielle shut her up.

"My mom needs a lot of treatment, that's why I need to go with her." the girls' expressions softened as they realized the gravity of the situation.

"And my dad is against our relationship" I continued, holding Hanni's hand tightly. It was a painful truth that I had kept hidden for too long.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Chaewon asked, trying to comfort me. I struggled to find the words, but eventually, they spilled out.

" I was a pathetic coward, too afraid to stand up against my father. And yet, I was even more terrified of losing my mother. But my fears didn't stop there. I was also petrified of burdening anyone with my personal problems, of exposing my vulnerabilities and letting them see the true extent of my pain. I wanted to shoulder it all alone, to suffer in silence and protect those around me. It was a heavy burden to bear, but I felt like I had no other choice. I was trapped in my own life, drowning in a sea of fear." I explained trying to hold back my tears.

My friends looked at me with pity, and I felt a twinge of shame. It was hard to admit my vulnerabilities, but I knew it was necessary.

"What's important is now" Kazuha said, her voice gentle.

"From now on, if anyone has a problem, please share it with us. We're all friends after all. We could help each other even in a small way." Her words brought a sense of comfort, and I felt grateful for their understanding. As we continued to talk, I knew that I had a support system that I could rely on.

" Group Hug!!!!!" Eunchae exclaimed

" GROUP HUG!!!" they all shouted back, their faces beaming with joy. We rushed towards each other, arms outstretched, and met in the middle with a loud thud.

As we squeezed each other tightly, I felt a rush of emotions wash over me. It was a mix of happiness, relief, and gratitude. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have such amazing people in my life, even though I disappeared for quite too long.

And as we stood there, locked in our embrace, I couldn't help but think that this was what true friendship was all about. It wasn't about the big moments, the grand gestures, or the lavish gifts. It was about these small, intimate moments, where we could just be ourselves and show our love and support for each other.

.

" Thank your for today Minji, you keep proving yourself everyday that it's worth it that I waited for you, though you don't have to prove anything to me" Hanni said which melts me inside.

" You are more precious than any diamond" she added, I didn't deserve this girl. She's too good to be true.

As I gazed into her sparkling eyes, I found myself lost in words. Her beauty was so breathtakingly captivating that I couldn't help but caress her soft cheeks. My heart was beating so fast, and my palms were sweaty with anticipation as I leaned in closer to her.

I miss this kind of feeling.

As our noses touched, I felt a surge of emotions that I couldn't put into words. It was like a rush of electricity that coursed through my veins, igniting every inch of my being with a fiery passion. I took a deep breath, savoring the sweet scent of her skin, and then I closed my eyes, letting my lips graze hers ever so gently.

The sensation was exquisite, and I felt my heart skip a beat as I pressed my lips more firmly against hers. I could feel her responding to me, and her smile appeared in the middle of the kiss, making my heart sing with joy. It was like we were two lost puzzle pieces that finally fit.

As we continued to kiss, I felt my heart overflowing with unspoken emotions that had been buried deep within me for so long. It was like a dam had burst, unleashing a flood of feelings that I could no longer contain. As I pulled back from the kiss, I looked into her eyes once again.

" I love you, My Hanni" I said while running out of breath

" I love you too, baby bear" her voice is music to my ears.

" You should sleep here, it's late" she offered and showed her smirk.

" Sure" I said and kissed her forehead.

.

As we lay down beside each other, staring up at the vast expanse of the starry sky, I couldn't help but to admire the stars and the girl beside me. The night was cool and calm, and the stars shone like precious gems, each one twinkling brightly in the sky. Her eyes sparkled with a light that was all her own. I loved the way she talked about them with such reverence and awe. It was like she had a special connection with them, and I found myself getting lost in her passion and beauty.

It was like the stars were reflecting my own feelings, twinkling just like my eyes when I looked at her. I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, exploring the mysteries of the universe and discovering new wonders together. I wanted to be her rock, her anchor, her guiding star. I will never leave her side again.

From: Dad

: Bring her here on Saturday, I want to meet her.

I don't know if this is a good or bad news but I'm wishing that he'll learn to accept what we have.

" Goodnight, my Hanni" I looked down at her as I can notice that she drifted off to sleep.
