Ayanna's POV

Fall is here which my baby is glad for because "she can really dress up." I'm not sure what the heck she be talking bout though cuz she looks cute even in those black shorts with a red hoodie that she's wearing, perfectly complimented by her cute messy curls and lets not talk about her adorable freckles or the way her face just lit up...

'Yeah baby, ornaments for our Christmas tree.' I smile and kiss her cheek, she giggles

'Lets get to it mami!' She exclaims while jumping around excitedly which is so precious to me

'Of course sweetheart, you just stay here while mami grabs the package and some other things we'll need for it hm?' I gently command, she nods

'But you don't need help, mami?'

'I don't sweetie, the package shouldn't be heavy, I got it.' I smile reassuringly

'Alrighty mami.' She smiles right back, sitting criss cross by the coffee table in our living

I smile at her sight, proceeding to pick up some scissors, glue, a ruler, some markers, pipe cleaners that were leftover from the last time we did some crafts and a hole punch tool. After it I pick up the small box that's suppossed to contain a jute cord twine, foam sheets, letters and a bucket of christmas themed foam stickers. I place it all on the coffee table, my baby immediately picking up the scissors...

'Wait until mami opens it baby.' I say while sitting by the table, she puts the scissors back over the box

'Oki mami' She wiggles around, evidently feeling a bit shy now

'That's my good girl.' I kiss the side of her head, pulling her close to which she giggles

'Mami's good girl!'

'Mami's good, patient little princess, yeah.' I kiss her nose, she smiles big despite blushing

I open the box, pulling out the materials and she jumps around excitedly in place which I almost coo at...

'Can I open this, mami?' She signals at the foamies bucket

'I'll just...' I cut off the tapes sealing it. 'There we go, you can go ahead babygirl, thanks for asking.' I see her smile wide before sticking her hand in

Meanwhile, I remove the wrapper from everything plus open the bag of letters. You see, since both of us are staying in today I thought it'd be amazing to surprise her with making some crafts, specifically christmas ones because my little one sure loves that holiday. Leaving that aside, making crafts is a thing we both love so what better way to spend the evening/night.

'A snowman mami!' She exclaims, holding up said sticker up

'That's right, you smart little cookie!' I exclaim as happily

'Are we gonna make a snowman agains when it snows this year mami?' She sweetly wonders, I can't help but smile like an idiot at two things: thinking about a future- long or short term- and the fact that our anniversary is close by.. I can hardly wait to surprise her but that's a story for another day

'Of course we are princesa, this year and the next one, then the next one and the next one!' I poke her sides a bit, she squeals and giggles

'For the rest of times, mami!'

'For the rest of times, my love.' I smile fondly. 'Well, lets get started, what would you like to make first babygirl?'

'Hmmmm' she puts up the cutest thoughtful expression. 'A christmas tree mami!'

'Alright, lets look for the green.. which one princesa?' I show her two diferrent tones of green, when she picks one out I just go with the other one. 'Mami's gonna make one too, I feel they'd look great on our tree!'
