Okay so this chapter is a completely fictional version of IPL 2023 that I wrote long before the first match.
I was on a roll back then and had written quite a few chapters in one go.

Siya and Shubman go on a few more dates, as they decide to give their relationship a fair chance.
Sakshi supports them completely and the young couple even make their relationship official.
A few days later, Mahi joins his family in Ahmedabad because the first IPL match was scheduled to be held in a few days.
Shubman was terrified to tell his now girlfriend's older brother about their relationship, while Siya was worried about her brother's reaction.
Sakshi forces the three of them to sit together and talk, after taking Ziva with her to meet the rest of the Chennai family.
Mahi was unable to understand why the two kids looked so scared to talk to him and he asks, "Tum dono itna kyu dar rahe ho? Gudiya, baat kya hai? (Why do you both look so scared? Gudiya,what is the matter?)"
Siya takes a deep breath and replies, "Bhaiya, woh aapko kuch zaroori batana hai. Actually Bhabhi ne hume realise karaya ki we like each other so we decided to give it a try. (Bhaiya, we actually wanted totell you something important. Actually Bhabhi made us realise that we like eachother so we decided to give it a try.)"
Mahi says, "You two have been best friends for years, so obviously you both like each other. Sakshi ko yeh realise karane ki kya zaroorat pad gayi (Why did Sakshi need to makeyou both realise this)?"
Shubman replies, "Bhaiya, Siya meant that we like each other as more than friends. We have decided to try being in a relationship."
Mahi understands the situation and nods, while looking deep in thought.
Siya nervously asks, "Bhaiya, are you okay with our decision?"
Mahi smiles softly and replies, "I don't have a problem as long as you both continue to support each other and take care of one another like you have till now. The best partner is one who can be your best friend first. Sakshi has taught me a lot about relationships over the years and if she thinks you two are a good match, then I have no doubts about it."
