Monkeys And Allies

Y/n POV

Katniss screamed and I could hear water moving so I assumed that she was washing of in the water. Then I heard "The water it helps" Peeta must have crawled his way over there because I heard him groan in pain. then I heard them lift Finnick and then I heard him scream out in pain. Before they could take me in the water since I was hurt the most, Finnick picked me up and walked backwards slowly then set me down next to Peeta for protection, but at least this time they put me facing upwards.

I looked to see what was happening, and I saw them fighting of, these huge monkeys. the monkeys were coming from everywhere, Finnick was killing them of with his Trident and Katniss using her Bow & Arrow. I groaned in pain while Peeta stroked my hair in a brotherly manner.  I was in pain "P- Peeta" I groan out and he looks down "I wanna go home" I say. "I know, I know. shh" Peeta says, "Peeta, I'm going to rest my eyes for a little" I say and close my eyes I'm awaken when I feel Peeta pull me back and my eyes snap open. I see one of the morphling's being attacked. Then, I felt Peeta pull one of the knives from my belt and stabbed the monkey. Finnick lifted me up bridal style and ran with me in his arms. He ran toward the beach we started at, but the monkeys were following us, I see Peeta carrying the female morphling. Once we reached the beach, the monkeys didn't come any further, because there was another forcefield. By now it was morning, Peeta carried the morphling into the water as she was dying, she ended up dying in his arms, then Peeta let her float out into the water and the hovercraft came and took her up with a claw. 

Then Finnick brought me to the water but before he could put me in the water Katniss says "We've got company" and then we hear Joanna scream mine and Finnick's name. put me down near the water and screamed for her. I feel so betrayed. I groaned and started to try and crawl my way over to the water then Joanna, Beetee, wiress and Marvel comes covered in blood. I'm relieved to see that Marvel is alive but I'm in pain. I put my hands in the water and screamed out in pain, Finnick and Marvel ran over, then Finnick picked me up and put me in the water.

While he held me in the water Marvel was rubbing all the poison bubbles off of me. when they were done Marvel washed the blood off of him. Then we see a huge wave on the other side of the Arena, I stood still knowing there was a forcefield, and I was right because then the wave crashes over the Cornucopia in a triangle, then we hear the cannon go off and then huge claw pick up another body. 

Wiress kept repeating the words 'tick tock, tick tock', and Joanna snapped at her, telling her to shut up. Katniss went to Joanna saying, "lay off her", they began to fight, so Peeta grabbed Katniss and Finnick took Joanna, while took Wiress to clean her off and try to understand what she's trying to say. She was looking at the Cornucopia and repeating the words tick tock. Then it had hit me, time. There's a time for everything in this Arena, "Wiress you're a genius" I yell in joy. They all look at me confused. I make them walk with me to the Cornucopia, and then I say "This arena, everything in this Arena is timed, like the poisonous fog, the monkeys, the blood rain, the wave and the tree where the lightning strike" I explain to them, Katniss catches on and helps me to explain further. After about ten minutes of explaining they understand what me and Katniss were talking about. Then Finnick says, "Wiress you're a genius" and pats her on the back while she just smiles at him.

"Look there, the tail points at the tree. Lightning strikes there at noon" Katniss says, and Beetee asks "strikes where". "That big tree" I say and point to it, and he nods. This left Wiress on the edge of the Cornucopia, singing a song about a clock. Peeta draws the Arena on the sand, "so, the lightning is 12:00 to 1:00" Katniss says, and I add on " blood, then there's fog and monkeys at 1:00 to 2:00, and then 10:00 to 11:00 is the wave".

"What about you guys, did you see anything else?" Katniss asks. "nothing, just blood" Joanna says, rolling her eyes". "it doesn't matter, as long as we steer clear of whichever sector is active we'll be alright" Peeta says and I nod, and then everyone else nods. We hear a gasp and we all look to see Wiress being stabbed by Cashmere, Katniss shot her in the chest and she fell in the water with Wiress. The District two Tributes run away.

The Cornucopia then starts to spin, I flew to the end of the Cornucopia, grabbing on as it spins even more me and Katniss were at the end and both of us were trying to hold and eventually, we couldn't, I fell into the water along with Katniss. As long as the Cornucopia was spinning, I couldn't get to the surface. Then the Cornucopia stops spinning and then I went and looked for Katniss in the water, I found her and pulled her up with me. Then I pulled her to the surface, and everyone else came running to us and Finnick wrapped his arms around me. I hugged him back and he let go, and then Marvel enveloped me in a hug as well "are you all okay" I ask and everyone nods. "let's all get what we need, and get everything we need" Joanna says, I reply "I've got everything I took in the Bloodbath "everyone got what they needed, and we walked of the island in the middle. We were all sitting in the shade and then I say "so, besides Brutus and Enobaria, who do you think is left?" " maybe Chaff, so just those three" Finnick adds, and I nod and so does everybody else. "They won't attack again they know they're outnumbered" Beetee says and we all nod. And then we heard a young girl scream.........
