Just then I heard someone call my name when I was about to enter.
"Nina."
I looked around. I heard it again
" Nina "
" Whose is there?" I asked.
Aaron came out the car to see what's wrong .
" It's me " the voice said,
" Come at the back Nina."
Aaron got ready as if he had to fight.
" It's Andrew "
" What? Where are you? come out ."
There I saw , Andrew coming out of my little garden . As soon as Aaron saw Andrew , he rushed towards his car and went away.
" Aaron!" He never turned back.
I was very worried about him.

" What are you doing here Andrew?"
" Who was that man ?" Andrew only saw Aaron's back.
" That was Aaron." I replied.
Andrew nodded and said,
" I came here to say sorry."
" Sorry ? Now? Don't you think it's too late ?! How could you do that to me ?! I was drunk , you said you would drop me home. And you left?! Leaving me alone there?"
" I was drunk too Nina, I am sorry. I didn't know what was I thinking."
" I can't even imagine what I would have done if Aaron wasn't there."
" Aaron? Did he --"
" He came to drop me home."
" How even he was there?! He is following you?!"
" No , it was his restaurant."
" Nina you took me to his resturant?!" He shouted.
" Andrew, lower your tone, we are outside my house."
I took him a little far away from my house.
" He reserved the table for us, Andrew what's wrong?"
" What's wrong?! Why didn't you tell me this earlier?"
" I wanted to--"
" And now too, you were with him. What were you doing?"
" Nothing, -- planning what to say to our parents about the marriage --"
" Right,-- did you have fun?"
" Andrew!"
" Yes Nina, it seems you enjoyed when I was not here . As you now have a spare fiancee to roam around without worrying about your family."
" What the hell are you talking Andrew?"
" I am leaving"
" What? Andrew wait."
" I was wrong about coming here to apologise. I find you roaming around with him when I was tensed."
" It's nothing like that."
" That's why you are not doing anything to break that marriage."
" Andrew don't say it like that, I am trying. "
" I don't see "
" Don't doubt me like that. I am not cheating on you. Andrew, I am doing this for us. Why can't you see?"
" I told you earlier too, Nina , I believe you not him."
" Then what should I do?!"
" Stop hanging out with Aaron." He demanded.
" Fine fine okay " I sighed
" I can't see you with someone else Nina "
He leaned for a kiss and we kissed.
" I won't, Andrew."
He smiled at me and left. What the hell was that. He did it again. Doubted me. I have to talk him through. He had turned a lot more insecure.

When I came back inside, I saw my parents sitting and watching tv. I greeted them and they started their questionnaire.
" Did you go to see Aaron today?"
" Uhm yeah. To thank him for yesterday."
" Can you invite him for dinner tomorrow?"
" Him? Why? Aren't we breaking the marriage?!"
" We said we will think again. It's better to clear things. Call him for dinner."
" I , I should call?"
" Ofcourse you."
I sighed and went to my room.
I couldn't put a call with him after what happened, so I decided to text him.
' Aaron? Are you free tomorrow evening? '
After almost a hour , he texted me back.
' what does it concern about?'
Is he talking in a office language with me?
' Actually my parents wanted to invite you for dinner.'
' why ?'
' they want to talk to you about something. I suppose it's about your divorce.'
' I can't.'
' fine '
I didn't wanted to argue on that. It's better that he doesn't come. I don't want any more problems. And well him not coming to clear things out about his divorce, my parents would hate him again. And that's good thing, for now.

" Mom , dad, Aaron won't be able to make it "
" Why?"
" He didn't specify the reason to me. I guess he doesn't want to talk about his divorce."
" Well then it's a issue."
" It is ,let's stop this now. Let me go free. " I said and ran upstairs.

The next morning, I wake up to 15 missed calls and 10+ messages on my phone from no other than, Aaron.
' Nina.'
' hello? Where are you?'
' Nina! God are you drunk again?'
' Nina pick up my calls. it's urgent.'
' Nina! Wake up . Where the hell are you?'
' it's 12 noon Nina!'
God. So many messages from him. Why? What happened?!" I immediately called him.
" Aaron? What happened? Why did you call me so many times? What happened?"
" Nina, where were you?"
" Come to the point Aaron, I am already tensed."
" Do have any idea what your parents have done?"
" What now?!"
" They called my parents, last night, they have arranged a meeting in one of my resturants. They are going to talk about our marriage Nina."
" What the hell?! Aaron--"
" Come to my office, right now. I am texting you the address."
" Fine."
I got up immediately from the bed and started getting ready in a hurry.
I started running over the house collecting my things. I ran out of the house accounncing it to my mom.

I reached there as fast as I could with my hair undone.
" I am here to see, Aaron , where is he , it's urgent." I stood at the reception.
" Who are you ? Do you have an appointment?" The receptionist asked scanning me from head to toe.
" Oh sorry, I am Nina Brown. I am supposed to meet him like right now. He called me earlier. It's really urgent, where is he right now?"
" We can't allow you to enter like that. You need an appointment."
" But like he called me right now, I can show you call records."
" Ma'am please --"
" No you listen to me , I have to know, wait --"
I called Aaron.
" Aaron I am here, please tell your receptionist." I handed over the phone to her.
" Let her in. 5th floor. My cabin."
" Ok sir." She gave my phone back to me and told me to go to the 5th floor.
I was waiting near the lift when a man in a suit approached me.
" Excuse me miss, never seen you here. New job?"
" Uhm no , I am here to meet Aaron."
" You mean Mr. Wesley?"
" Yeah."
" Oh alright. May I have your name?"
" I am Nina Brown "
" Nice to meet you Nina, I am Jacob herles, I am an assistant manager here."
" Oh hello Jacob."
The elevator doors opened and we both went it.
" It looks like you came in a hurry."
" Yeah, I didn't get time to dress up."
" Oh , it's doesn't make any difference, you look beautiful either way."
" Oh thank you." I gave up an awkward smile when the doors opened at the 5th floor.
" Here you go." He offered me to walk out first.
I walk out to see a lot of cabins around. I turned around to Jacob and asked him which one is his.
" Go straight. You would see his name on the door."
" Oh alright thanks."
" I will take the honour of leaving you by his cabin." I gave up a laugh, appreciating his help.
He was walking with me, when Aaron himself came out of his cabin. He saw me with Jacob and walked towards me.
" What took you so long?" He asked me.
" Ask your receptionist." I replied.
" Fine let's go in."
" Good afternoon sir." Jacob greeted Aaron.
Aaron nodded , not happily.
He held my hand and took me to his cabin.
" Nina , don't waste anymore of my time. Sit there." He ordered.
" Tell me what's happening?"
" So it's seems that our parents asked mine about the divorce thing and my parents drifted apart their doubt and now they all are back in the game."
" Oh Aaron , what should we do now?"
