The only time Scott left his room was to shower and maybe nibble on something if he had enough energy. Other then that Scott would lay in his dark room blasting sad songs or sleeping his pain away to the point sometimes he wish he never woke up.
While Derek seem to do what most teenagers do after multiple heart breaks. He enter his evil era yes he felt that extreme pain in his heart and soul like Scott but at that age he already went through the heart break of his family being burnt alive in his family home by the girl he loved on top of that the first girl he truly loved died in his arms bye his own kind.
There was nothing left for him to cry there was no heart strings left to yank on. So he did what he always did after a heart break he partied to his heart content even though he cannot get wasted or high he was still able to feel that feeling of rush and euphoric. He focused on school and training to ease his mind most nights. The only thing keeping the two alphas alive was that the connection wasn't completely severed they could feel stiles .......... They just couldn't find him
Resuming On Teenwolf
Place: beacon hills
Weather: fall
Hours has passed and a lot of the pack has successfully moved into their dorm rooms on the college campus. Majority of them had to roommate together while the only four people that didn't was Scott,Derek, Lydia and Kira.
Scott and Derek was extremely late to registering for classes and extremely late filling out for their dormitory. Lucky enough for the two alphas they managed to get on the same floors as all of their fellow pack members. Unlucky the only room available on that dorm was the three people dorm.
Unlike Isaac and Boyd or Liam and Jackson they had to share room with one extra person. Of course when scott had enter the room with Derek holding their first box. He hadn't realized unlike Derek their was three beds into he sat the box down and looked around. Almost immediately he felt a wave of panic wash over him.
What if he or Derek slip up and shift ? What if the other person a hunter or something else killer?
Derek exchange look with a panic Scott causing him sigh deeply. This could be a big problem but if they are alphas shared one of one loses control then the other should be able to balance it out.
"Relax you stress to much McCall."
"oh I'm SO SORRY FOR BEING SLIGHTLY WORRIED." Scott quietly yelled as he watch Derek grab a pair of extremely thick gloves before picking up and placing some weird plants in what seemed to be a hidden wall cabinet.
"What is that ?" Scott stumbled back when he got a small smell of the plant.
Derek growled to hisself "wolf bane it's a controlled one. It's basically opiates for wolves. We can unfortunately eat this plant and be fine inhaling it after a few days but it can be deadly even if we are a gram off."
Scott eyes narrowed as he shook his head " fuck that you want me to get wolfie high to stay mellow I'm fine."
Derek rolled his eyes he couldn't help but to think. Scott's quote on quote "fine " yet Scott heart was beating a million a minute. He's fine yet he just told the biggest lie known in the dictionary. Derek huffed into he heard a small knock the door push open.
Scott notice Lydia and Jackson walk in with a small plate of cookies. Jackson looked royally pissed to be the one carrying the cookie as Lydia smiled proudly.
"If it isn't my favs!" Lydia smiled as she clapped her hands together smirking evilly. As she watched as Jackson head snapped towards her offended.
" What the fuck I thought I was your fav?!" He couldn't help but to huff she was his best friend after all. He couldn't help the jealousy that course through his veins."
"Sometimes " Lydia smiled innocently the pair would have continued bickering back in forth. If the hadn't notice to very irritated teenagers staring daggers at them.
Jackson cleared his throat as he sat the cookies on the dresser near the door. "Anyways we came to check on you guys."
Scott nodded as he sat on the edge of the bed looking at them whilst Derek continued unpacking his belongings and reorganizing it. Jackson could smell the anger and frustration in the air hell even a human could sense it. Ever since stiles disappearance the pair hasn't gotten on the long in the least bit it just seemed as if they couldn't find a balance.
Scott looked at Lydia with a tiny smiles he was gonna answer into everyone felt it. It was like a huge pulsing feeling Scott fell back on his bed as he gripped his heart while Derek dropped on his knees wrapping his arms around his stomach with his face scrunched deeply.
Lydia ran to check on Scott as Jackson ran to help Derek up onto the bed. Both Lydia and Jackson felt it too fortunately it wasn't so bad in fact it was more of some on shot them with a ray of warmth. Scott heart felt so heavy all this time but at the moment his heart felt as if it was becoming lighter and light as if his mind became clearer and clearer.
While Derek felt his cold inside beginning to defrost slowly. His pale skin turning back into its warm full tan color. His brain became cleared of its deep fogginess. After awhile the pair sat up carefully and confusingly.
"Did you feel that " Scott asked Derek hopefully. He watched as Derek nodded his head the paired smiles happily.
All around the pack could feel the heaviness being lifted off their shoulders. While being replaced with nothing but piece and happiness from there alphas link.
Everyone was confused but happy that their alphas wasn't going insane or becoming depressed again.
Meanwhile Derek and Scott tried to figure out what was this refreshing feeling they've felt. After awhile Lydia and Jackson left the pair to continue unpacking and relaxing in peace.
That's exactly what they had done the pair was busy chatting and organizing they wanted to flourished in this moment as most best as possible cause with their luck they will never get this feeling again.
After sometime Derek had ended up in the bathroom to clean while Scott was zipping around the room as he was smiling at the pictures he wanted to hang up. Into he heard a pair of Keys jiggling trying to find the key hole.
Scott jogged to open the door in hopes it was his new roommate. When he opened the door his heart stopped beating and his breath got caught in his throat there stood .........
