“You don’t remember me?” Qin Chu was stunned for a moment before he continued, “Mo Mo, it’s not funny, don’t do this to me….”

He felt extremely helpless, not knowing what to do for a moment.

It can’t be. How can that happen? Mo Mo clearly didn’t have any abnormalities when she was in front of Jing Qian and the others. How is it that she doesn’t remember him when it comes to him?

Yes, it must be because Mo Mo is still angry. That’s why she deliberately said she didn’t remember him and lied to him. That must be it!

When Xiang Yi Mo saw Qin Chu approaching her and extending his hand to her, she quickly hid behind Ji Heng Yu and wrinkled her brows.

“Get lost. Don’t touch me, I don’t even know you.”

It was perfectly clear that she was wary of the approaching stranger.

The four people present knew each other well.

And although the three— Jing Qian, Lu Wang Chen and Ji Heng Yu—were stupefied at first, they quickly reacted.

Ji Heng Yu subconsciously moved his body to block her, while the other two stepped forward to stop Qin Chu, not allowing Qin Chu to take another step forward.

Although they weren’t sure what was happening to Xiang Yi Mo, they were glad to see this happen.

“Mo Mo, are you still angry with me? You clearly remember Jing Qian, Lu Wang Chen and Ji Heng Yu. How can you forget about me? We have been childhood friends for sixteen years….”

The more Qin Chu spoke, the more disgusted Xiang Yi Mo’s face became.

Jing Qian had always been noticing Xiang Yi Mo. Upon seeing that she was upset, he berated, “Enough, Qin Chu! Shut up first.” Then, he turned to look at the little girl.

He asked gently, “Mo Mo, apart from Qin Chu, do you still remember Auntie, Uncle and Auntie Qin…?”

“Qin Chu?” Xiang Yi Mo looked at Jing Qian in confusion.

Jing Qian’s eyes moved and glanced indifferently at a certain man who was feeling gloomy. He said in a calm tone, “That’s him, and he’s also Auntie Qin’s son.”

Xiang Yi Mo glanced at Qin Chu, and her gaze quickly moved away from him. She appeared somewhat surprised. “Auntie Qin has a son? Oh, yes. Auntie Qin seems to have a son, but ……”

She tried her best to recall, but she couldn’t remember anything. Then, she listed the people she knew to Jing Qian and others. In this list were all kinds of people they had known since they were a child, except for Qin Chu.

She even remembered Qi Yan and Fang Ke Xin.

However, since Qin Chu was absent in her memories, there was no melodramatic [1] heart-wrenching romance of her loving him, but he loved another woman.

From what she said, Qi Yan became a senior in the workplace. But because of a ridiculous grudge, Qi Yan kept framing her, causing her reputation and relations with people to be tarnished.

After Xiang Yi Mo finished complaining, she also lamented the fights and schemes against each other, the vicious competition in the workplace, and Qi Yan’s craziness.

Jing Qian paused and guided her, “Mo Mo, do you remember how we met?”

“Haven’t we known each other since we were kids?” Xiang Yi Mo gave the man a strange look before continuing.

“Although I didn’t seem to care much about you guys when I was little, all of you always played with me, often took care of me and secretly gave me a lot of things. But there’s a lot of things that happened when I was a kid that I don’t remember too clearly.”

“Then do you remember how we became a couple?” Jing Qian asked again.

Xiang Yi Mo responded, “Wasn’t it when I was sick, and you came to my house to see me and take care of me? When I got drunk at the bar, Lu Wang Chen came to pick me up and brought me home. I was involved in a project between my company and Ji Company and was dispatched to Ji Company. Ji Heng Yu took care of me and let me share an office with him. On the first day, I ate the chocolate by mistake….”

She slowly talked about the details, regardless of whether they occurred when they were young or the recent happenings.

All of the things she talked about had their cause and effect, and this person called Qin Chu just seemed to have completely and miraculously disappeared from her memories.

Also, they felt that it was as if her brain automatically corrected and ingeniously replaced the parts that Qin Chu was absent, making her memories inexplicably reasonable.
