She only shows up in an AU where Volacall shows up, messes up WW2 and the world, refuses to elaborate any further and then leaves. Btw in that AU, Japan and the German twins die.
However, Mina is literally a cinnamon bun that won't kill anyone unlike her parents.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be dying due to me making fan children which I find cringe for me but I guess it's for plot purpose or something.
(They'll only show up in an story and this. You won't be seeing them anywhere else)
