Tales of Lai kingdom

It's been 3 days since then. We occasionally stop at towns to restock on food and sleep. Right now, I'm laying on the fluffy cushion on the carriage. 

[Reina, tell me the story plotline.]

[Reina: Well, the story names is, "The tales Lai kingdom". The story's male lead is the 7th prince and the villainess is Fang Yue.  Fang Yue is general Fang daughter, who holds the rank of duke. For 9 generations the serve the royal family and country as generals. Nearly all of their men enlisted in the in the army. Even Illegitimate children enlist. In fact, the villainess elder brothers are in the army.

Fang Yue is the beloved daughter of general Fang. She was childhood friends of the, the 7th prince, Lai Huai and 5th princess, along with various other powerholding figures. Fang Yue and the 7th prince were 'childhood sweethearts'. When Yue was 18, he proposed to her and she became his princess consort. Together, along with a 'friend', they battled politic fights and the remaining successors and made Lai Huai the emperor. From there on out, Fang Yue should have become empress as she was the most suitable. She had wit and virtue , came from a powerful background. a pristine reputation, and she helped Huai attain the throne. Yet she was betrayed!! 

Betrayed by the person she though was her friend and beheaded by her love! And, her entire family got dragged into it and perished; the Fang family no more!! Yue person who cause her and her family downfall was no other than the male's lead true love, Xiu Mei!! The male lead didn't love Yue in the first place, he just used her for her status and the throne. He intended to keep her her main wife, only to demoted her later. But, Xu Mei was to jealous, she wanted to be his only wife!! That why she 'bullied',  'accidentally" disfiguring her, even made her infertile.

In the end, she with the help of other 'people' framed Fang Yue of treason and dragged her entire family to destruction. She died with extremely regrets in her heaty, while the male and female lead lived happily ever after.]

She at their, appealed. Digesting the story line, she soon said, [What...What utter bullsh!t. How did she fall for a obvious trap like that!? A person as powerful and intelligent as her actually fell into a trap like that!? Did love lower her IQ or something?] She ran her hand up her hair out of frustration. [Say Reina, does being in love reduce a person IQ to a fool's??]

[Reina": Well.....I'm not sure about that......Yue did notice something was amass, but by that time, it was to late. She didn't notice sooner due the power of the storyline and the male and female lead's honeyed words.]

[Hey, Reina. Tell me again why am I not reborn as the villainess?] She could help but to ask again.  She heard a sigh like Reina given up on everything.

[Reina: Because, you are here to save, not get revenge. Also that not what are department's about.]

[Departments? You mean there are other kinds of 'department's'?]

[Reina: Yes, there are other. Our department is fate-saver or "Save the poor villainess". This department was created by powerful people who almost destroy-*Cough* I mean powerful people that felt sorry for the 'poor' villainesses.]

[Then, do I need to go into battle with the main couple? Will I be up against their protagonist halos or auras? ]

[Reina: No really. Those think exist in the counterattack department, not this one. Although they will have protagonist luck , it won't be as severe. But! The plotline is stronger than in the counterattack department. And the villainess fate could go haywire with just one move.]
