You were surprised and hurt but you already expected it for she was way too good for you. Rei is very clever and athletic plus she was also popular in the school unlike you who were just an average guy and a nerd in the corner.
"Oh I see.... I'm sorry for bothering you" You said
"Well then" Rei walk away

You were sitting on your seat and your best friend Huening Kai came to you.
"Yo bro!!" Huening Kai as he places his arms around your shoulder "So what happened?"

Rei came inside and saw you and Huening Kai hugging each other, she kept her blank expression and went to her seat.
"Don't worry man!! There's more girls out there who will see your worth! I can set you up with someone if you like to!" Huening Kai said
Rei turn her gaze towards you and Huening Kai as she fix her books and notebooks at the table not taking her eyes off you and Huening Kai.
"Rei!" Yujin came inside the classroom
"Yes?" Rei look at Yujin
"Let's do karaoke tonight! Later after school!" Yujin said
"Okay" Rei said
Yujin look at you and Huening and made a disgusted look
"Is that the two who were rumored as BL?" Yujin asked

You and Huening Kai were laughing together with a random subjects you guys talked.

Rei look at her "Please don't judge them just because they are close"

"Don't believe anything without a certain evidence that proves the accusations towards someone is true" Rei said

"Well do you personally know them?" Yujin asked

"I see" Yujin said "Don't forget our plan after school!"
