In the morning, Irene left their condo early but cooked before leaving so her husband could eat before going to work.

Nang magising naman si Greggy ay agad niyang hinanap ang asawa pero hindi niya ito nakita. He quickly dialed Irene's number and sighed heavily.

"Ang aga mo naman umalis... Are you that busy?" bungad ni Greggy nang sagutin ni Irene ang tawag.

["Good morning din sa'yo... I left early so that I could finish my paperwork early as well. Bago mag-lunch, wala na akong gagawin and I can tour our visitor around the company."]

Napabunting hininga naman si Greggy at napahawak sa bibig bago magsalita. "Sana man lang, ginising mo ako para naihatid kita..." malumanay na palusot niya. He heard Irene chuckled on the other line.

["No need, Greggy... I have my own car and if you have nothing to say, ibababa ko na dahil marami pa akong kailangan gawin."]

"Wait-- ano ba 'to! I'm not done talking pa eh! Yari ka sa'kin mamaya!" he hissed when Irene hang up.

He went to the bathroom to get ready for work and when he finished, he went out of their room, saw the food on the dining table, and knew Irene had cooked it.

"Hindi talaga ako matiis ng asawa ko..." he confidently whispered to himself and dig in the food.

The clock is ticking fast and every time Greggy can't help but think about what will happen on their lunch with the man he hates getting closer or clinging to Irene.

Before quarter to eleven in the morning, mabilis siyang naka-alis sa kaniyang opisina upang puntahan na ang asawa. If he could fly his car, gagawin niya.

Nagulat naman si Irene dahil sa sobrang aga nang pagdating niya. "As far as I remember, our lunch time later was twelve, why are you so early?"

He shrugged his shoulder and sat comfortably on the chair in front of Irene's desk. "Wala... Baka lang kasi traffic mamaya, nakakahiya kay Daddy Ferdie,"

Mula sa nakangising mukha ni Irene ay mabilis na napalitan ng pagtataka. "What? What did you just called my dad?!"

"Daddy Ferdie, bakit? I'm his son-in-law, right?" Greggy said, smirking. "Gosh! Wake up, Greggy!" Irene hissed. "Bakit ka ba nandito? Kung mang-aasar ka lang, mauna ka na sa conference room dahil baka nando'n na rin sila," she added.

Umiling si Greggy and crossed his arms. "Kailangan kasabay ko ang asawa ko para maka-good points kay Daddy Ferdie."

Napailing na lang si Irene at hinayaan ang asawa na umupo sa harap niya habang siya ay abalang tinatapos ang kaniyang trabaho.

Almost thirty minutes later, they heard a knock on the door which made them look at it. Imee came to them smiling when the door was opened. Imee's smile widened when she saw Greggy sitting in front of Irene's desk.

"Oh... My dear brother-in-law is here," bungad ni Imee at napabuntong hininga naman si Irene. She knows what will happen next...

Imee went to her sister to greet her with a cheek-kiss and the same with Greggy. "Mabuti naman at binabantayan mo itong asawa mo, bayaw."

"Kailangan kong bantayan dahil baka masalisihan ako," pabirong sagot ni Greggyat sinulyapan ang asawa. Irene can clearly hear them but she chose to not give them attention dahil may kailangan pa siyang tapusin.

Imee chuckled, "Iba talaga ang ganda nito, baka sa susunod na buwan... I can ask for a nephew or niece," pang-aasar niya.

Greggy simply laughed at her, and as Irene finished the final piece of paper she held in her hands, Ferdinand and Imelda asked them to go to the conference room.
