Ways to fight temptation:

- Community:
Someone who can help support you in your walk like a accountability partner. It can be hard to admit to someone but it will be worth it. Pray about it first and God will help you find someone. It can be an elder in your church, your pastor youth leader, a friend, or a mature Christian.

- Flee/ run away:
Get away from whatever is tempting you right away. Don't try to fight it yourself.

- Remember His grace but don't abuse it:
Yes God will forgive you but don't use it as an excuse to sin again.

- Get rid of anything Satan has tried to tempt you with no matter how small. It doesn't make you less free than anyone else.

- Don't ignore your desire but feed it in a healthy way:
If it is a need for a dopamine hit watch something funny, eat something pleasant (chocolate, sesame seeds, ice cream, pasta, strawberries, bananas, oranges, grapes and nuts), go for a run or excercise anotherway, hang with friends.
If it is a desire for intimacy spend time in prayer and quiet time with God. Tell Him how you're feeling and to show you where you're lacking. Ask for strength and wisdom. Some of the biggest weapons against temptation are scripture and praise.
