Pooh was a rescue. Sanghee and her sister couldn't resist helping a friend in need, especially after seeing the dog's droopy ears and big eyes. Since they weren't allowed to have pets when they were younger they welcomed the dog with open arms. Sanghee loved Winnie the Pooh as a kid and named her first pet, Tigger after one of the characters. With that in mind she wanted to keep up the theme and named their new dog after the childhood character Winnie the Pooh, or Pooh for short. Pooh is a very energetic dog loving to go for long walks (or runs depending on the day). Energetic during the day but evenings he's very relaxed playing with his toys or watching t.v. with Sanghee. Now that he's older Pooh spends more time with Sanghee's sister because he's not a dog dad and enjoys running in the backyard!
