We have reached the end of Brilliant Short Stories!!! We had so many crazy adventures throughout the month of November! Where to start? An overcast November day in Massachusetts, a Thanksgiving food drive at a Delaware food bank, Steven getting beat up for making turkey noises, Inner Critic trespassing on school grounds, Steven trying to escape his beating by calling a taxi, Iris stealing Ken's vanilla shake from Burger King, Steven engaging in conversation with college girls, Breanca making it snow with her magic wand, Steven learning from his mistakes the hard way, a girl acting like a total weirdo in Chloe's house, Steven having a bad day, Walter's family paying him a visit from South Carolina, Melissa Hoon being involved in hilarious situations like always, Steven getting sprayed by a skunk, Main St being taken over by clowns, Inner Critic tied up to a ship by pirates, Inner Critic stranded on an island, Steven's dream about beating Ken up, creepy dudes harassing Jasmine at McDonald's, Lamar making Jasmine laugh, random southern folks claiming to be related to Breanca, an ice storm caused by Breanca, Iris stealing Ken's turkey, Clyde dealing with a rather awkward moment at his house, Charlie at the hospital due to a sudden illness, him passing away, a dead alligator at a Massachusetts diner, a female specter trapped in a casket, us celebrating Kyle's 17th birthday, Steven putting soy sauce on ice cream as an alternative to chocolate syrup, my date with famous singer and actress Selena Gomez, based on a dream I had, Steven telling Ken to shut up during the Thanksgiving feast, and getting beat up, me spending Thanksgiving in Delaware, Jonathan spending Thanksgiving in Virginia, Steven's heartwarming speech reducing Ken to tears, and then fooling him, only for Steven to beat HIM up, Steven beating up Ken yet again, Ken goes back to beating up Steven as usual, Steven wanting to date Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time, Jasmine knowing her style, Steven playing dead to avoid getting beat up, Steven's would be date melting, Jasmine showing off her new thigh high boots, Steven encountering a water buffalo, then getting beat up by Ken, while an evil clown steals some of his pizza, Forgetfulness getting spanked by Jasmine for constantly playing with the faucet in the kitchen sink, Steven being totally clueless about NaNoWriMo, and Iris and Stella contemplating the last day of the month!!! What a rollercoaster of adventures! I felt burnt out at times from writing, but you guys always kept encouraging me to keep on! I'm so grateful to have such a huge support system! Who knows what adventures await us throughout the month of December! *hears sleigh bells ringing* That can only mean one thing, folks! Stay tuned for the last short story collection of 2023!!!
