You take a right. You decide that it'd be too risky to try either of the other two avenue and, even though you are scarcely equipped to survive, you figure that you could find supplies under better conditions out there.
It doesn't take you long at all to arrive to the vent that leads outside. You can feel the bright rays of light hitting your eyes from the slits of the gate, and you brace yourself for what's to come when you go outside. You aren't a fighter, so you can't do anything other than try to avoid them as much as you can or, if you can't, use the shiv that's kept you safe every time you've went to prison. Maybe if your other half were here, things would be different.
