The morning sun shines brightly through the trees. Stella had been awake for a while. She had taken over for Nova so she could rest. She was lost in thought when she hears a rustle in the trees. It catches her attention, causing her to go and wake the two siblings up.
Stella: Nova, Imani, wake up. I hear something in the trees.
Nova: (she sits up and looks around) Is it a walker?
Stella: Not sure. Could be anything, but it's better to be safe. I'm gonna go see, stay here with Imani. Alright.
Nova: Be safe.
Stella: I will. Just, pack up everything in case.
Nova nods her head and stands up. Stella grabs her switchblade from her pocket and walks over to where she heard the trees rustle.
She looks around. Another rustle makes her look to the right. A few seconds later, she sees movement. A walker appears from the trees. She walks over and shoves her switchblade into its skull before pulling it back out. Another walker comes out of trees followed by another.
She needs get the others and leave. If they stay any longer, they'd be walker breakfast. Stella turns and walks back to the camp.
Stella: We need to leave. There's a swarm of walkers on the way. Grab your things quickly.
Both Nova and Imani quickly go and grab their things. Stella hears a snarl from behind her.
Stella: Shit they're here. (She turns and stabs the walker in the head, pulling it out before stabbing the next one.) Come on!
Nova: We're ready. Come on Ella!
Stella kicks the walker in the stomach. It falls onto it's bottom and Stella turns and runs over to The two siblings. The three take off. They come out from the trees and onto the road.
Stella: Ok, we should be safe now. They're slow.
Imani: are you sure? They won't catch up right? (She looks at Stella with a worried look)
Stella: They shouldn't, unless we stay in one spot for too long. Then they'll catch up. Besides, according to the map. (She looks at the map) we should be very close. Just need to stay on this road.
Nova: You know, I never got to see you in action.
Stella: Oh? How was I?
Nova: Decent. (She smiles playfully)
Imani: I wouldn't say that. I'd say, you were really cool Stella.
Stella: Really? You think I was cool? (She smiles)
Imani: Yeah!
Stella: (she looks at Nova) At least someone thinks I was cool.
Nova: Fine. (She rolls her eyes) You were amazing.
Stella: (she gasps softly) You think I was amazing?!
Nova: (she throws her arm over Stella's shoulder) My girlfriend was very amazing.
Stella's heart skips a beat and she blushes at the fact Nova called her that.
Imani: (She gasps) oh my god! You two? (She grabs her sisters wrist) You did it? You asked her?
Nova: (She laughs at her sister) Yeah. I asked her.
Imani: That's means. (She walks over to Stella and grabs her wrist.) You two are girlfriends?!
