It felt as is the world around Rose had permanently stopped. With her eyes staring at her till now parents in utter disbelief and her breathing starting to get uneven...neither could she feel Bucky placing his hands on her shoulder to calm her...nor did hear the voice of Clint calling out to her. With one Swift move she wheeled a bit more forward, now in front of her parents. Her fear was now taken over by sorrow and anger. "What do you mean.....y-you aren't my pa-", she started to speak but was rudely interrupted by her 'Father' laughing. "You srsly think we would want YOU.", he said but was followed by a hard hit on his face by Clint which made him tumble face down on the floor.
"W-who...who are my real parents.....TELL ME WHO ARE THEY", asked Rose...unable to control her tears anymore. She was then pulled into a hug by Steve. His arms protectively wrapped around her. "Calm down...please", he said rubbing her back. "You really want to know huh??....then listen.....15 years back you were born to a very rich man as result of a one night stand...but the man did love you...he accepted you when you're mother abandoned you.....you were his one and only little girl he was ready to sacrifice the world for.....but your mother had other plans.....even though your father did get your custody your mom wanted to sell you for some huge amount of money. And the company she made a deal with to sell you was non other than the huge organisation HYDRA. After getting you kidnapped from your father Hydra finally got you....you were their lab rat....and we were the scientist who examined you ", said Rose 'mother' with a sick smile. And then the room was silent...not a single word from anyone. No one even dared to speak. It was too much to digest..to take in. The adults in the room had a hard time believing the words..let alone the kid who had gone through this. Rose's dad continued, "But then things went unexpectedly wrong and you lost your ability to walk.....we being responsible for you were assigned to adopt you and believe me we would have killed you if it wasn't for Hydra who wanted to see any changes in you", spat her dad with pure hatred. Rose felt her eyes stinging with tear drops. "W-who are my real parents", she asked gulping down sobs. "You are standing with one rn honey.....your Rose Stark".....And all hell broke loose...again
