(SORRY THIS UPDATE TOOK SO LONG I FELL DOWN THE STAIRS AND BROKE MY ELBOW. Anyways, enjoy!!)

Hitoshi's smile is a rare sight, reserved only for Izuku, Eri, and his parents.

His expressions are far from friendly, and even his semblance of a smile is a creepy smirk that only appears when he's angered. If you manage to provoke him, be warned that it won't bode well for you.

But, if you are someone close to him, for example, to Izuku, he'll show only the softest side of himself.

Eri sees his comedic and loving side, same with his parents, but Izuku got the best of it all.

When then the two are alone, or no one else is looking, Hitoshi gives his best friend a look that could melt the sun.

If you were to go to Hitoshi and tell him you saw the smile, he'd either 1, murder you and dig your grave 10 feet into the ground. Or 2, scowl and curse Izuku Midoriya's name under his breath.

Just the other day, Hitoshi was busy bruting (pouting) at his desk on the second day of school. It's only been two days but he was already done with school.

He missed how he could wake up at 10:30 AM ( He refuses to sleep later than that are else he will miss most of the day to spend with Eri and Izuku.) to wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and steaming breakfast on the table.

He did have to say, he missed Eri coming into their room to wake him up by hugging him. Was the highlight of his morning.

Now, he had to wake up at 6, or as he likes to say, the ass crack of dawn. He still gets his coffee and breakfast, but Eri has to keep her sleep so Hitoshi wakes up alongside Izuku.

Ohhhh... Izuku. Hitoshi missed Izuku to bits. Almost as much as he missed Eri, fortunately, he gets to see Izuku in the halls and during lunch. His green bean also visits him during their breaks when moving classes.

Since Izuku's in general studies, they don't have some of the lessons the hero and support have. So those classes act kind of like normal high schools where they go to different classrooms for different lessons.

This blesses Hitoshi with the chance to see Izuku at least twice a day outside of lunchtime. Usually, when they pass each other, they smile and wave. Normal things.

But apparently... even though known his classmates for only two days, they seem to think this interaction is alien-like.

It's the beginning of class 1A's first-ever heroics lesson. Students buzz around each other with excitement on their lips.

Hitoshi is excited, of course, he is. But he couldn't help but feel a little sad that his best friend/crush wasn't there to cheer him on like he knew he would.

The class of hero students walk down the hall in a clump of flesh, everyone talking to everyone while also bumping into one other.

Hitoshi groans. He hates it when people touch him. Accept for Izuku and Eri.

All of a sudden the clump of teenagers comes to a stop. Hitoshi is in the back of the line, but his height comes in clutch as he looks over his classmate's head.

It's Izukus's class.

And Hitoshi was furious at what he saw.

Izuku, poor innocent-looking Izuku, is being held up against a wall with a red cheek and tears rolling down his face.

Not only was his class just standing around, but they blatantly tried and explain to Aizawa and the other teacher why Izuku should be at fault for the fight. Because of his 'disability'.

He couldn't hold it in. So he didn't.

Hitoshi took long strides to one of the bigger students. He had been the one who held his friend against the wall while the others punched and humiliated his Izuku.

Before the big guy could say anything, a large fist collided with his eye. He fell back onto the floor while holding onto his face.

Gasps circulated the hall. But Hitoshi didn't care. He glanced over to his Bush of a friend and held his hand out for him to take.

Izuku flushed pink and took his larger hand. When he was back on his feet, he turned to the kid who was still whining on the floor about his face.

He took a deep breath and kicked him straight in the balls.

Izuku Midoriya is not weak. He might be physically outmatched in a fight, but he's not a loser crybaby like people think he is. He may cry, not because he's weak, but because he's brave, and not afraid to show that he has emotions too.

If it was quiet before, it was dead silent now. The larger student began to wail and hold onto his junk with his left hand, while his right was tightly secured to his face.

Hitoshi didn't hold back his chuckle. He just took his best friend's hand and led him behind Aizawa to his classmates. Audimatically, everyone began to talk again like nothing happened.

Izuku's teacher waved to the student's behaviour as disrespectful and wrong, saying they would be talked to and some would be suspended.

"Midoriya, do you feel comfortable going back to class?" Aizawa said with a raised eyebrow.

Instead of having Izuku go back with his class, Hitoshi just wrapped his arm around his waist, pulling him closer. The greenest giggled.

"Do you think it would be okay for me to tag along with your class? I'd hate to impose."

Aizawa looked around at his class to see if anyone objected. 1A all then started to simultaneously beg their teacher to let Izuku come with. If the cold, stone-faced Hitoshi likes the green big so much, they must have them come along.

So other than a 'Hell no!' from Bakugo that went unnoticed or ignored, everyone agreed.

Hitoshi couldn't help but grin. This day just got a hell of a lot better.

Izuku regretted his decision to tag along with class 1A.

All Might was the assisting teacher for the Heroics class. Hitoshi looked like he was ready to kill the man where he stood with just his glare alone.

Yes, Izuku told Hitoshi about his encounter with the number one asshole- *cough* - Hero. He had to after the two got so close.

This was around the time the taller teen started to become more protective and attentive over his friend.

On the bright side, the oversized banana cosplay didn't seem to remember the traumatized teen he left under a bridge alone.

Aizawa was also the head teacher and led the class because All Might was a new teacher.

Both Hitoshi and Izuku look at each other.

This was gonna be a long year.
