Anuseena's little princess was ready in her flowery pink frock..giggling as her mother was fixing a little tiara over her head.

HM- Hilo mat Ruhi..(still fixing the tiara)

Anubhav came in..and smiled widely looking at his princess..

"Ba..ba", she said..Haseena looked in her direction and smiled..Anubhav entered and took the baby in his arms..she giggled as he rubbed his lightly grown stubble on her soft, plump cheeks..

AS- Kitni pyari lag rahi hai hamari gudiya..(kissing her cheeks)

Ruhi flashed her little dimples..looking even more cuter.

HM- yeh ready hai ab isse neeche lekar jaiye aap..aur jaldi ready ho jaiye..deri ho rahi hai..(glancing at the clock)

Anubhav hummed and took Ruhi downstairs..to hand her to Maa l and Ammi...Baba and Abbu had already reached the destination as guests had started arriving.

Maa- bilkul rajkumari lag rahi hai hamari Ruhi aaj toh..(taking her balaye)

Ammi smiled and put a kajal dot behind Ruhi's ear..

Maa- bilkul Haseena par gayi hai, tabhi toh itni pyari hai..(Anubhav frowned)

Ammi- kya aap bhi samdhanji, iski naak bilkul Anu jaisi hai...

Anubhav smiled proudly..

Maa- jyada udiye mat, Officer sahab..(sarcastically)..ja jaakar ready ho..ladkiyon se zyada waqt leta hai tu ready hone mein..

Ruhi giggled..

AS- Maa..(whining)...aap aise Ruhi ke saamne hamara mazak nahi uda sakti..(pouted)

Maa- tu hai hi ussi layak..

AS- huh..

Ammi- beta ready ho ja tu..warna wahan teri patni taane maarne lagegi..

AS- sahi bol rahi hain aap Ammi..hum jaate hain..(he ran upstairs)

Anubhav opened the door and was awestruck..her back was facing him while she was adjusting her earrings..her eyes travelled to his figure in the mirror..a pink hue enveloped her cheeks seeing him adoring her like a love-struck puppy..

HM- aap taiyyar hoiye na..(blushingly)

AS- hamara kya hai..shirt pressed hai, pant ready hai..10 minute mein baal bhi set karlenge aur perfume maar lenge thoda sa..ho gaye ready..par filhaal humein apni haseen Haseena ko niharne ka mauka dijiye begum sahiba..(flirtily..turning her cheeks more red)

HM- ek baby ke baba ban gaye par flirting nahi gayi na aapki..(fake sternly)

AS- hum jaante hain aapko pasand hai hamara aapse yun flirt karna..toh yeh vyarth naatak mat kariye priye..(smirked and pulled her closer..she gasped)

He took a little kajal from her eyes and applied it behind her ear..

AS- Maa-Ammi ne hamari Ruhi ki nazar toh utaar di..par yeh jo apsara lekar chal rahe hain hum iski raksha bhi toh karni hai humein..(Haseena smiled and hugged him)

He smiled and hugged her back..and kissed her forehead after breaking it..Haseena applied some kajal behind his ear too..

HM- aapko taadne wali bhi bohot hain..hum risk nahi le sakte..(possessively..he chuckled)

He soon changed into his attire and they reached the venue..where MPT and other guests were already present.

PS- alee..kitni cute lag rahi hai Ruhi..(she took Ruhi in her arms and started playing around)

HM- Kishu bhi toh kitna pyara lag raha hai..(pulling his cheeks lightly..making him giggle in Karishma's arms)

KS- shaitaan ho gaya hai bhabhi..kal hi patidev ki ghadi tod di isne..

HM- haww..aise nahi karte betu..(pulling his nose a little..he continued with his giggles)

Anubhav came there till then and gathered everyone for cake-cutting...Ruhi's eyes shined seeing the 3-Layer Princess cake..she tried hard to hop out from Anubhav's grip..to land right on the cake.

AS- sabar kariye rajkumari ji..kahi nahi ja raha aapka cake..(smilingly..holding her tightly)

She frowned as her efforts to jump out were becoming futile. Everyone laughed seeing her cute face. AnuSeena held the knife along with her and they cut the cake..everyone sang the birthday song and showered all the blessings they could on the little baby and her parents. Ruhi finally succeeded in her mission to grab the cake and applied some on Anubhav's nose.

AS- badmash! Khilana hota hai cake..holi nahi khelte isse..(rubbing his nose on her cheek..thereby applying some cake on her cheeks too)

Haseena fed a small piece to Ruhi and further to Anubhav..who fed her too. The party began and everyone was presenting their gift to Ruhi.

KS- yeh hamari taraf se..(she handed over a big pink-colored box)

Poor Ruhi tried hard to open it..but sat down sadly as she wasn't able to. Haseena laughed and opened the box. It had a Barbie doll...in police outfit. AnuSeena smiled seeing the gift.

KS- tum bhi aise hi kadak officer banna..(in baby voice..and Ruhi nodded as if she understood)

Priyal- chalo ab hamari bari hai Ruhi ko gift dene ki..

Shweta- Haseena hum dono ne milkar Ruhi ke liye yeh pendent laya hai..(she gave a jewellery box to Haseena)

HM- yeh toh gold chain hai..iski kya zaroorat thi yaar..

Priya- shut up..teri beti hai..itna dena toh haq hai hamara..(smilingly)

HM- tum dono nahi sudhrogi..(shook her head)

Tina- waise manna padega..beti hai phir bhi kafi grand party rakhi hai tumne Haseena..

Priya and Shweta rolled their eyes..

HM- matlab?

Tina- matlab..kuch 25-26 saalon ki mehmaan hai yeh tumhare ghar mein..phir toh chali hi jayegi sasuraal...iske liye itna sab karne ki kya zaroorat thi..

HM- dekho-

"Deviji..iska uttar hum dena chahenge..", they looked at the voice's direction..it was Anubhav.

AS- 25-26 nahi..umr bhar saath rahegi yeh hamare...aur kya kaha aapne, beti ke liye itna karne ki kya zaroorat thi? Na jaane kaunse yug ki soch hai aapki..(Priya and Shweta giggled) par filhal toh humein yeh jaankari dekar khushi hogi ki aaj ki tareekh mein aisi koi field nahi jahan striyan purushon ke barabar nahi hain..aur rahi baat hamari beti ki..toh kya haina, woh apni Ammi jaisi hi banegi..ek bahadur stree aur ek zimmedaar nagrik bhi. Toh apni raay apne tak hi rakhiye aap..(sweetly)

Haseena smiled proudly while Tina burnt in anger.
