A slight pain echoed throughout my stomach. A kick, again. I felt the extreme heat inside me flare as it moved, the tiny body the chakra contained moving as it got bigger.

"They kicking again?" Kakashi asked, as my grip on his hand got tighter. We were sitting on our couch, watching/listening to a movie, cuddling as much as my swollen stomach would allow me. He moved his other hand and I felt his touch ghost over my skin. A kick hit right where his hand was, startling me more than him. "There's the little fighter," He cooed, already showing an immense amount of affection for the unborn baby.

"They're going to be one of the strongest ninjas in the village, I already know it," I commented, holding my hand over Kakashi's. "Half Uchiha, Half Hatake. Child of the two youngest shinobi of all time. Child of 'Kakashi the Lightning Cutter' and 'Hitomi of the Blind Eye."

"They're gonna have big shoes to fill, heir of the clan too." Kakashi set his head on mine, neither of us was paying attention to the old film anymore.

Then the pain increased like I had been stabbed. I breathed in harshly, trying to calm myself down as the chakra in my stomach flared.

"Fake or real contractions?" Kakashi asked, pulling his hand off my stomach to stand up.

"I can't tell right now," I sighed, the pain slightly decreasing. "The kid's chakra is flaring, that wasn't like the fake ones."

"They're early," He commented, pulling me off the couch and into his arms.

"No, they are not, it's been around nine months. They weren't gonna come on the due date exactly." By the chakra signatures, I could tell that we were in the hospital. That was quick. "You got here faster than I thought you would."

"Been preparing, hi my wife is about to give birth." I was carried to a room and then set on a bed on my back.

I held my freshly swaddled son in my arms, a name already coming to mind. "Obito," I simply said, the now quiet baby boy in my arms shared his uncle's chakra nature, although more like a volcano than a flare. "What do you think?"

"I think he looks too much like you for that, he's got your eyes and hair. He looks exactly like Obito did." Kakashi was sitting next to me, healing his hand slightly with medical ninjutsu. "Did you unconsciously use chakra or something, damn."

"No, I didn't, you're just a wimp with a low pain tolerance." I rocked our son in my arms. "I'm the one who just gave birth and you're complaining about your hand."

"Minato, how about?" Kakashi suggested, sliding his arm around my shoulders. "If we're naming him after someone, Minato's an option."

"I like that, he deserves it too."

"Minato Hatake, son of Kakashi and Hitomi Hatake." Kakashi chuckled. "I like the sound of that."
