S1E10: Lucky girl

The Tennysons, max, y/n, Ben, and Gwen are at a guided tour of a museum in New Orleans, Louisiana. While Ben is messing around with the masks on display, the guide talks.

Tour Guide: "And behind this impenetrable glass is the recently discovered, and only known existing copy of the Archamada Book of Spell-"

Tour Guide|Gwen: "It contains ancient witchcraft and rituals from the later sixteen hundreds"

The Tour guide glared at Gwen.

Tour Guide: "Maybe you should work here, dear"

The tour guide walks away, as Ben leans closer to Gwen.

Ben: "Don't let mummy-face get to you, she's probably older than that spellbook"

Ben imitates a mummy's pose and facial expression in their tomb, to Gwen's laughter. The lighthearted moment is broken when rumbling begins, with everyone in the room soon lifting to the ceiling, seemingly magically.

Max: "Something tells me this isn't on the tour..."

Y/n: "would be cool if it were..."

Through the skylight window, a puff of red smoke travels through the air and reaches the book of spells, materialising into a figure in robes. Hex.

Hex: "The Archamada book of Spells... All of its power shall soon be mine!"

Hex makes an incantation, with the second right-most charm glowing yellow, activating as he speaks. The class encasement around the book shatters, and the book levitates off the podium into his hands.

Ben: "Now might be a good time to go-"

Hex uses his staff to end the rooms' occupants' levitation, dropping them to the floor.

As they all begin to fall, Ben's eyes fixated on the Omnitrix, as y/n grabbed his amulet.

Everyone screams as they're falling. Ben and y/n quickly transform into XLR8 and Boomer respectfully.

Boomer grabs XLR8, and throws him at the floor, letting him get there first, and manoeuvring a tapestry to act as a soft landing for the tour.

XLR8: "Everyone out!"

Max: "Ben, y/n, be careful. You don't know what tricks he's got up his sleeve"

Boomer: "I got him covered. Here, take bubble gum"

Boomer hands his plush bear to max, who takes it, and runs away to safety with the rest of the tour. As XLR8 and Boomer turned to hex.

XLR8: "Dude. You want a book, try the library"

Hex stands facing the two, as his 2nd Charm activates. He holds up his staff and recites an incantation, causing flames to erupt from the staff, setting the tapestry alight. Boomer jumps away, and XLR8 runs up walls to avoid the flames. shards of red crystals fire out from the staff.

Boomer lands behind hex, and is ready to grab him. But hex turns around, as a bright light blinds boomer. He then turns around, and does the same to a charging XLR8. He then steps to the side, as a blinded XLR8 runs into the blinded boomer, making them both crash into display cabinets.

Suddenly, two plastic trash cans were thrown at the back of his head, distracting him from boomer and XLR8.

Gwen: "Guess we got his attention.."
