Lisa rushed downstairs knowing Jennie was waiting outside for her she almost made it out the door but

"Lisa! Wait!" Her father called out

she sighed "dad I have to go"

Marco sighed "just 5 minutes say hello to the jeon family they have a son your age his name is Jung-"

"dad I have a girlfriend I'm not interested in anyone else stop trying to set me up"

Marco was not surprised Lisa had always been obsessed with Jennie Kim but Jennie is dangerous

"but you guys had an argument yesterday she stormed off Lisa do you really think she even cares about you? If she did she'd come in to greet you I would" jungkook interjected

His comments made  Lisa angry the door swung open revealing Jennie stood there dressed in black arms crossed

"you wouldn't even get a chance to step foot in the house be grateful I'm allowing you to live after your comments"

Lisa smirked walking over to Jennie "hi nini"

Jennie smiled at her "hi princess you ready to go?"

Lisa nodded "I just need to bring my suitcases down"

Jennie shook her head "they'll do it" she motioned one of the men in suits stood stone faced as usual "yes boss" three off them walked upstairs knowingly

Lisa had a tendency to pack heavy Jennie spared no expense for her lili which is why they were currently travelling in a set of bright yellow cars since it was one her Lisa's favourite colours

"are you coming or what?" Jisoo bellowed leaning against a Lamborghini casually loading a gun.

Jungkooks eyes fell wide he stepped back slightly "thank you for the tea mr manoban I must go"

Jennie clicked her fingers two men grabbing his arms "oh leaving so soon mr jeon? I thought you wanted a chance to show Lisa you were better than me?"

Jungkook saw the sadistic look in her eyes immediately starting to fear for his life

"don't go too far Jennie" Marco almost pleaded the desperation evident in his voice.

Jennie chuckled lowly "this is your very last warning jeon come near Lisa again and I swear to you I'll hurt you so badly your great grandkids will feel it"

Bullets of sweat ran down jungkooks face he was terrified for his life he'd heard rumours Jennie was ruthless he didn't expect to witness it first hand "I won't even look at her I promise"

Jennie smiled amused by his behaviour but Lisa scoffed he was pathetic and annoying "nini can we go now?"

Jennie nodded planting a soft kiss to her cheek "let's go love until we have the pleasure of meeting again mr manoban" she intertwined their hands leading Lisa towards the exit

"Bye dad I'll be back in a week" she spoke leaning against Jennie a little

Jennie shook her head "a month" she whispered into Lisa's ear

"A month? Where are you taking me?" She exclaimed excitedly.

Marco was instantly furious "You will not take her anywhere!"

Lisa flinched her father yelling always reminded her of the fights her parents used to have when she was a child the memories lingered

"Do not dare raise your voice at her" Jennie spoke her tone calm but firm Lisa curled into Jennie "it's okay lili I'm here"

Marco grew even more furious "How very dare you question me! Lisa is my daughter I will do what I please get out!"

Lisa started to tremble bad memories resurfacing angering Jennie

"You have zero right to call yourself a father you're merely a man all you can do is yell and demand things from her have you ever asked her what she wants? Why she's so hell bent on getting away from you shall I tell you sir? I'm afraid you can't handle the truth" she spoke sharply all while her hands rubbed soothing circles on Lisa's back.

Marco stared at her in bewilderment "w-what? Y-you want to get away from me? Why?"

Silence followed Lisa unable to answer his questions and Jennie focusing on not hitting him

"Well answer me" He spoke Jennie's words hurt beyond measure he couldn't imagine a world where Lisa wanted nothing to do with him

"watch it" Jennie warned him

Lisa curled more into her "can we go please nini"

Jennies gaze softened on Lisa "of course my love I'm sorry" she took Lisa's hand leading her out

"Please tell me why" Marco cried out

Lisa froze turning her head to stare at him "you are no longer the person you used to be before mom died you'd never force a man on me I love Jennie and only Jennie she has been there when I had no one dad don't you understand that? She's my safe haven now please let us go I don't want to stand here fighting with you any longer"

Marco stared at her a defeated expression on his face her words hit hard "I-i understand lis I am sorry I just heard of her reputation I didn't want you to get hurt"

Lisa shook her head "dad you believed rumours over my word my nini has never ever been bad to me she's loving, caring, funny and she protects me she is the best thing that has ever happened to me I won't let anyone take her away from me even you" she spoke sternly

Marco could only nod his head dumbly he couldn't believe he'd chosen to trust jungkook over his own daughter "I see the way she cares about you lis I'm sorry I misjudged you Jennie if you make my daughter this happy I can't oppose it just don't ever hurt her or I will make you feel a world of pain"

Jennie nodded at him "i wouldn't dream of hurting her I haven't her in the five years we have been together sir"

Marco nodded her answer satisfying him "very well enjoy your trip darling call me when you land so I can know you are okay"

Lisa smiled at him stepping forward to kiss his cheek "thank you papa I will definitely call you"

Marco beamed smiling wide "be safe out there until next time Jennie" he addressed her holding his hand out for her to shake

Jennie nodded smiling seeing the joy on her girlfriends face "I will guard her with my life sir see you soon" she shook his hand politely

Lisa chuckled "okay okay are you going to keep talking or can we go?"

Jennie nodded "yes of course my love let's go" she held Lisa's hand gently helping her out the car

Marco stood in the doorway watching with a hint of joy in his expression his daughter was happy that's all he could ever ask for as for what the trip would entail only jenlisa could tell you that until next time.
