Iris: You know something? I didn't think we would speak of this again, but 2023 has been such a year. We had some wild adventures last year.
Me: No kidding.
And--here-we-are: I do remember when these southern folks would always claim to be me relatives!
Flashback scene......
July 2023
Tennessee Man: Hey, baby girl! This is your uncle!
And--here-we-are: No, you can't be my uncle! I have zero family in Tennessee!
Tennessee Man: Come give your uncle a kiss!!
Flashback scene over......
Iris: Who could forget?
Me: I remember Jasmine! She would always wear those beautiful thigh high boots! Gosh I miss her....
Flashback scene.......
Jasmine: *sitting down, and putting on her shiny, black thigh high boots barefoot and zips them up*
Me: Those are some beautiful boots, babe!
Jasmine: Thanks, babe! *walks in them*
Flashback scene over.......
Me: Memories.....
Iris: And what about that South Carolina fella? What was his name? Willie?
And--here-we-are: Walter! He always liked his corn bread! *laughs*
Flashback scene......
Walter: Who wants some corn bread?
Me: No, thanks.
And--here-we-are: No, thanks.
Iris: Nah.
Walter: Someone is gonna eat this corn bread, now!
Iris: Eat it yourself!
Flashback scene over.......
Steven: I miss 2023! Ken beat me up way too much!
Flashback scene........
Ken: Steven, you're eating my food!
Steven: Sorry!
Ken: I have to beat you up!
Steven: No, please!!!
Ken: *beats up Steven*
Steven: *getting beat up*
Clyde: He should have asked first.
Ken: *still beating up Steven*
Steven: *still getting beat up*
Flashback scene over.......
Iris: Those were the days!
Me: Yup!
And--here-we-are: We had some rocking times last year! Nothing like a blast from the past!
