Sam's POV

Sarai: Mama, Mama? Where you are?

I could hear Sarai yelling my name...

Sam: In the kitchen, sweetheart!

Then after a few seconds, I saw her running in the kitchen towards my direction...

Sarai: Mama!!  JoJo is crying in his room.

She looked worried, too cute! I smiled while I was mixing the ingredients for a cake.

Sam: I know!

She looked at me confused...

Sarai: then why aren't you going to his rescue?

I chuckled at how cute she looked, worrying about her little brother. I licked my fingers before I gave her my full attention.

Sam: I have the baby monitor, see?

I pointed to the monitor who was right in front of me while I was baking!

Sarai: but, he's still crying. I think you should go help him! He's probably hungry!

Sam: I will, in one minute. I fed him not too long ago. It's okay if he cries for a few seconds.

Sarai: but I don't like seeing him cry, it makes me sad. He sounds sad, Mama!

She pouted and my heart melted completely. I picked her up and hugged her.

Sam: You are too cute. Let's go get your crying baby brother.

Instantly I saw a smile pop up on her face and we walked upstairs toward Joy's room!

He had stopped crying by the time we got to his room - I changed his diapers and together with Sarai we went back to the kitchen so I could finish my cake.

I laid Joy on the baby mat and Sarai sat next to him reading some books. They looked too cute; I took a picture and sent it to my wife.

Mon went to the Salon to get her hair done and I stayed home for the very first time with both kids all on my own. I did well!

So well that I decided to bake a cake to celebrate- it's been almost four hours and I was going strong. I didn't even need to call Mon for help - thought she was texting me every hour to see if I was okay!

Luckily, both of our kids are angels. Sarai is an independent little girl and JoJo is just the most perfect and chill baby I have ever met.

They are both perfect and so good to Mama!

I glanced at them and smiled - Jojo was listening carefully to what Sarai was reading, like he was really understanding every word she was saying.

I see we will have another genius child!

My phone beeped indicating there was a message from my wife...

"from Wifey: They are too cute! I am done babe and should be home soon. I really hope you like my surprise!"

Yeah, she kept texting me that she got a surprise for me, so I am really excited to see what it is!

We are supposed to go on our first date night since Jojo arrived, so I am assuming whatever she has planned has to do with our date.

She has been really excited planning everything - Our friends will be coming over to watch the kids while we are out for a few hours (Yes, ALL FOUR of them. Yuki ended up calling Mon and begging her to let her stay, and so did Jim and Kade. So we concluded that they should all come over and watch them).
