- Third Person POV -

"So did you finish the last batch of medication I prescribed?" Seungcheol asked.

"Y-Yes Dr. Choi."

"...."

Inside Choi Medical Clinic in the room where Seungcheol sat in front of his table so did his patient. With his black hair handsome face and clear toned body, everyone knew him.

Seungcheol sighed resting his chin in his hand. "Let me guess you stopped taking it?"

"What? Noooooo."

"Mr. Liu, please don't lie to your doctor. I just want to help you."

"How did you know?!" Mr. Lui's mouth fell open.

"Because you only call me 'Dr. Choi' when you know you're in trouble. I'm usually just 'Cheol' to you. I've known you since I was a kid so you're not fooling anyone, old man." Seungcheol twirled his pen around. "So why did you stop we can try changing it if you're experiencing unpleasant side effects."

"Nah. It's because I was already feeling better." Mr. Lui laughed.

Seungcheol's eyes twitched. Of course, Mr. Lui wasn't serious!

No, he's always serious... Seriously inattentive and outgoing that was the only way to describe Mr. Lui the neighborhood old man.

"That's why it's called maintenance medication! It keeps your hypertension in check." Seungcheol picked up the sheet of paper he was writing Mr. Lui's plan on and handed it to him. He didn't forget to grab his forehead just to show Mr. Lui just how concerned he was for him.

"Is that so?" Mr. Lui took hold of the paper.

"Yes! But it's just gonna get bad again if you stop. You need to get back on track, Mr. Lui."

"Alrighty! I won't let you down this time, Cheol!" Mr. Lui winked giving Seungcheol two thumbs ups.

"Yeah, or else you're seriously going to die... And stop making that face!" Seungcheol stood up exclaiming.

He guided Mr. Lui out of the clinic yelling at him. "Every day at the same time, okay?!"

"Yeah, yeah, got it!" Mr. Lui was peace out.

"Tell your wife and kids to remind you!"

"See you around, Cheol!" Mr. Lui laughed walking out of the clinic.

Cheol looked at the ground and sighed. "Ugh. Why do they get more stubborn as they get older?"

Bang!

The door slammed open and a little girl carrying a bunny cried into the entrance. "TATTOO DOCTOR! Please help my bunny."

The seven-year-old cried and Seungcheol could only look at her in shock...

How? How did she know he had a tattoo on his back?!

"I think he's sick. He won't eat or drink." She held up her bunny above her head for him to see.

"I'm sorry..." Seungcheol bent down in front of her. "You know I'm not that kind of doctor that treats animals, right?"

"B-But the paper said pets!" She exclaimed bringing her bunny in front of his face.

"Eek! Look kid, I have no idea how to treat your bunny, okay?!" Seungcheol put his hands up in rejection.

"She's probably talking about the new clinic." A man with a bright smile who was the neighborhood's sunshine walked up to them.

"Seokmin!" Seungcheol cried out for help.
