After the fall...

Half an hour later...

Chan opened his eyes. "Ow..."

"Where's—" He sat up and saw the unconscious Jeonghan buried under leaves. "VET! UNCLE!"

"O-Oh no..." Chan trembled as tears surfaced him his eyes he took Jeonghan's limp hand. "Uncle... Get up..."

Chan cried.

"N-No! Don't cry! Chan is okay! Channie is brave no crying!" Chan wiped away his tears knowing he had to be strong.

"Uncle... P-Please wake up. Pretty please?"

And as if the Gods had heard his prayers; Jeonghan blinked open his eyes.

"Huh? Chan?" Jeonghan spoke in a whisper.

"UNCLE!"

"Chan! Are you hurt?! Let me see you!" Jeonghan jolted up.

"Yea, no ouchies."

"Oh, thank god." Jeonghan succeeded in protecting Chan.

"How about Uncle?"

"I'm fine, Chan." Jeonghan gave a painful smile. "That was quite the fall, we're lucky there were bushes where we landed."

"I'm sorry..." Chan looked at his knees.

"It's alright, you didn't know. Just don't run off like that again, okay?" Jeonghan patted Chan's head.

"Chan won't! Never again!"

"Now, let's get back..." Jeonghan looked up at the cliff towering over them.

"Uncle can climb up there?"

"No... I didn't imagine it to be that steep." Jeonghan gulped managing to stand up. "But I'm sure there's a way around it if we look around. We'll find them in no time."

"Soon?" Chan walked with Jeonghan.

"Yes, they're probably looking for us right now too." Jeonghan took a step forward and flinched at the pain that coursed through his body. "O-Ow..."

"Uncle is hurting?" Chan looked up worriedly as he took Jeonghan's hand to comfort him.

"J-Just a little... It's alright." Jeonghan assured limping as he realized his ankle was either twisted or broken. "Let's go find them."

"It's getting dark..." Jisoo looked at the setting sun with worry. "It'll be harder to find them at this rate. Wonwoo, any news from Ming?"

"Nothing from their side either." Wonwoo gulped.

"Oh god. What will Cheol say? Does he know already?" Jisoo asked pulling out his phone.

"I'm trying to get a hold of him." Seokmin spoke calling Seungcheol. "Oi Cheol! Pick up already..."

Central Hospital

"Here are the medical records I have on him and everything else you might need." Seungcheol handed Mr. Lui's information to a fellow doctor.

"Great! Thanks!" The doctor smiled.

"He can be a little stubborn, so you'll need a little more patience than usual. Also, remember to explain everything to his wife. He might not listen to doctors, but he'll listen to his wife." Seungcheol scratched his ear.
