"another unfamiliar ceiling" i said, as i awoke i assumed i'd either be dead, or captured by misato, after unit-13 but i didn't see anyone in the room, which was a dead giveaway to neither being the case
"good morning, young master, i am strategic-experimental-resonant-aeronautic-photon-habitat artificial intelligence system, or SERAPH, as i have been called, i am an advanced AI created to serve in whatever role needed to the master of this fortress, programmed by my creators the ancient builders, to choose the one with greatest need and name them as master of this fortress, you Mr. ikari have been chosen and brought to this fortress to rule and lead your world in it's time of crisis" SERAPH said
"what" i asked in confusion
"this unit was designed with the purpose of following and aiding it's chosen master, you may order me into any action you wish to take, i would recommend eliminating the evangelion, designation unit-13, if master will allow i have the perfect means of doing so" SERAPH said
"uh alright" i said
"please follow this unit so that you may be medically checked over" SERAPH said, i did as asked
"please step into this tube" SERAPH said, as i entered a huge room with a bunch of advanced technology, i did as the AI asked
"beginning genetic resequencing" SERAPH said, as i heard that my eyes widened
"wait what" i asked, as the pod closed and a gas began to fill the pod
the next thing i knew, i could see a bunch of screens
"what just happened" i asked
"my apologies pilot, it stood at a .09 percent chance you would have entered the pod had i told you the true goal of this system" SERAPH said
"what have you done to me" i asked
"as of this moment, nothing other then render your body unconscious, and transferred your consciousness temporarily into this interface" SERAPH said
"why" i asked
"full integration, this system is genetically upgrading it's master, allowing him greater capabilities then any other, during genetic resequencing it is possible to change ones appearance, hence why i have brought you into this system, the screens before you will allow you to completely customize and enhance your capabilities
"why are you doing this" i asked
"this unit was designed to aid it's chosen master from their time of need, it is carrying out that objective, would host like to keep how they appeared before" the system asked
"no, i'll change" i said
"very well, this system would like to be given free reign to allow it's systems to appropriately aid it's chosen master" SERAPH said
"okay" i said
"taking response as an affirmative, system will now begin work in genetically altering host, when host is finished with their own modifications, simply call for the system" SERAPH said, as there was then silence
i felt like i was in one of those video games asuka liked to play, as i essentially remade myself, not fully believing in the AI, i chose to an appearance that was drastically different from what i should look like, once i completed it, hitting a button that said submit, in big bold letter my vision blackened and i awoke just as the pod began to open
"welcome back, master, you have been unconscious for two days, five hours, sixteen minutes, forty-three seconds, would master like a mirror" the system asked
"uh, yeah sure" i said, as i climbed out of the tube a mirror lowered in front of me, as my mouth fell open, this AI was not joking in the slightest i looked so much different

my mouth opened and closed several times
"host would be glad to here, that full genetic resequencing was successful, and that integration is complete" the system said
"what integration" i asked
"system merged host with the infrastructure of the evangelion unit-13, while removing it's core and imputing it into evangelion unit-01's new weapon" the system said
"new weapon" i asked, worriedly, the system revealed a display with a sword

"the prototype-00 beam vibration progswords, or the PT00-BVPS: MURAMASA, created specifically to be used by the provisional evangelion unit-01, which is currently under full refit" SERAPH said
"why is it called a beam vibration progsword, where does the beam come in" i asked
"the guard of the weapon, holds four emitters on each side of the blade, these emitters shoot out a beam of energy, which is the first use of this weapon, should the weapon run out of energy to generate the particles, it will switch to prog mode, which would allow the blade to act as a larger version of the progressive knife that was standard on evangelion units" SERAPH explained

"if host will follow this unit, it will take you to your new office, and we can begin sending you reports so that you may learn of the origins of the castle, and your powers within, as well as the political and economical expenditures of the pegasus galaxy which you are now in, this unit can transfer you back to your world, but it is recommended that you let them come to you, for it is an 87.2% chance they will come searching for you, in the future" SERAPH said, as the drone led me to a pretty cozy looking office and pushed me into the extremely comfortable office chair that sits behind the desk, as the monitor on the desk displayed a large holographic panel, and small pad on the left side of the desk activated
"first this unit shall walk you through how the technology in this galaxy works" SERAPH said
