in the pegasus galaxy there exist numerous space fortresses, known simply as the dungeons, most dungeons usually must be conquered to gain control of what lays inside, but the mysterious castle avorion is different, what will happen when shinji ikar...
i boarded the avorion dreadnought that was modified to serve as the command and control vessel the ship in question, was controlled through tsukihime which i boarded

the ship smoothly left dock and it and the fleet of avorion dreadnoughts moved to confront my fathers force
"you have been busy shinji" gendo said over an open channel
"in response my ships opened fire on his own, i was not surprised to see that they were protected by significantly stronger AT-fields
"how rude of you, but then again, i never did teach you manners" gendo said
"i didn't think you cared much" i said
"it has been fourteen years, at least for me, if my readings are accurate it has been significantly longer for you" gendo said
"well at least you got more then katsuragi did, i had to outright tell her, you figured it out of your own accord, we seem to be at an impasse, my ships are weaker then yours but they outnumber you, and my fortress is steadily constructing more" i said
"indeed, where is yui" gendo said
"i have no idea, i ordered SERAPH to drop her off, go look for her yourself" i said
"i see, so you really did force her out of the EVA i didn't think it was possible it clearly is" gendo said
"how did you know" i asked
"there are certain things i know to look for, i had unit-01 for ten solid years, i had the time to learn a few things, i am certain you have learned more" gendo said
"indeed" i said
"unfortunately i must cut this talk of ours short, i will need to return unit-01 to yui, so i will need to take it from you" gendo said, as his three ships opened fire on my fleet, heavily damaging two ships, the watching fleets of both the queen and the yamada-clan were suddenly glad that the grand-master of avorion had told them to get out of the way, that single blast would have decimated them, as it was the avorion dreadnoughts shot back
and the fight began in earnest, shinji managed to cripple one of gendo's ships, but gendo had manage, but gendo had by this point destroyed more then half of shinji's fleet, it was fortunate that, SERAPH had ships on standby and was launching them to take the place of fallen ships, while it hastily finished construction on several nearly completed dreadnoughts
rei awoke from her pod, having had all of her memories from her previous incarnations returned to her, thanks of course to SERAPH, rei was able to reach out to her cloned sisters, and had gained control of them thanks to the modifications made by SERAPH, using her newfound power, she turned the two remaining guardian-of-guf-class battleships against NERV, much to both gendo and shinji's surprise
"what have you done" gendo said
"i have done nothing" i said
"genetic resequencing of rei ayanami is complete master" SERAPH said
"is this her doing" i asked
"affirmative" SERAPH replied
"well it seems even rei is on my side" i said, he frowned
"rei why" gendo asked
"you have made him suffer enough, no more, SERAPH begin the take over of NERV's magi system" rei ordered
"master" SERAPH asked
"do it" i said
"affirmative" SERAPH said
"take over complete" SERAPH reported
"eject gendo ikari from the base, i wanna see if the bastard can survive deep space" i said
"affirmative" SERAPH said
it took a number of hours but eventually gendo ikari was rooted out of his base, he had managed to board one of the EVA Mk.7's but was quickly killed by the EVA Mk.10
"SERAPH, recall all ships, prepare to integrate NERV into avorion, and prepare a small fleet a ships to head to earth and collect all evangelions, that is all the help i am giving to misato katsuragi" i said, as the command dreadnought returned to avorion proper, stepping out i saw a figure i didn't recognize

"rei" i asked she smiled before nodding in confirmation
"welcome home" she replied
"your different" i said
"i am rei ayanami, but i am also lilith, and i am kaworu nagisa, all in one, what was left of their souls are now my soul, they are me, and i am nagisa, ayanami nagisa" she said
