"i am the warden of avorion, protector of master ikari, you are not welcome here" the warden said
"please i just wish to talk with him" she said
"your weapons" the warden said, misato happily pulled out her sidearm and handed it to the figure, who crushed it in his palms
"the master will meet you, any disrespect and i will personally kill you" the warden said, they nodded, as he led the way to shinji's main office within the castle, they entered the office to see shinji was giving out orders and preparing his dreadnoughts
"shinji" misato said
"what is it, katsuragi, i am busy preparing for my father's main assault" i said
"you could come back with us as apposed to running away again like you always do" asuka said, the warden growled warningly
"i'm not running, i am staying here and defending my home, just because i am not going to fight your war i wanted no part in to begin with, and i refuse to be forced to wear that collar that is around your neck, shikinami" i responded, she scowled at that
"i wear this of my own free will to protect mankind" she said
"would i have such a choice" i asked, at that asuka actually shut up
"why are those other factions helping you" misato asked
"honor on the queen's part, i gave her a taste of what my life was like when she tried to question my choices when it comes to avorion, she is trying to prove to me that her people aren't like you, as for the yamada fleet, i aided one of their own back to health, they are here to repay the dept not that they are actively helping, both sides also have the secondary wish to gain control of this fortress, and the only way to do so is to get me at least as an ally, the two leaders want me to marry them" i said

"yes, what is it seraph" i asked
"the blue haired one is in severe need of medical attention master" SERAPH said, my eyes turned to rei

"at once, master" the warden said as he rose, and took the girl by the arm, and led her from the room
"where is he taking her" asuka demanded
"she is in need of medical attention" SERAPH responded as if it were obvious
"so you get rid of her so you don't get caught with whatever she has" asuka said outraged
"this fortress, stands as place for people to come when they are in their deepest need, i have helped those individuals for the past one hundred and ten years, DO NOT INSULT ME SHIKINAMI" i said, growing louder as i spoke until i was literally shouting

"as you have very recently learned the EVAs are powerful entities, the full extent is still unknown mostly because i have no need to learn them, but the EVAs can travel through time and space" i said
"are you saying you could have changed the outcome, stopped third and forth impact" asuka said now even angrier both for being yelled at and for learning that he could have done something
"you should never mess with time, in trying to make something better you could inadvertantly create something worse, i was not willing to take that risk for one, for two i had no wish to anyway, as you morons have not earned that from me, i have no reason to fight all the angels again for you, fuck you shikinami" i replied
"master, you would like to know that if we were just a few hours later, the girl would have dissolved into the EVA fluid, we have managed to stabilize her, and would like permission to begin genetic resequencing to solve this issue" SERAPH said
"granted, seraph" i said, there was a computer chime in response
'how loyal is this AI" misato asked warily
"seraph will follow any order i give to the letter no matter what it may be, i should know, at seraph's insistance i spent twelve years just adding numerous special protocols to the AI systems, specifically for that purpose, it was only then that work on tsukihime proper began" i said

"master a pyramid like structure has just appeared on sensors, it is flanked by three ships with a similar configuration, to the one used by misato katsuragi" SERAPH reported
"and so he arrives, is the command dreadnought ready" i asked

"thank you seraph, inform all allied ships to start backing off more aggressive set the two dreadnoughts that are watching katsuragi's ship to guard it, in fact, katsuragi order your crew to abandon that ship" i said
"what why" misato said
"because if you don't do it now, they will likely end up dead, they will be allowed into the hanger of my fortress, but i will be sealing all the doors they will go no further" i said, as the warden re-entered the room
"ah perfect, warden your orders are to escort katsuragi back to the hanger, and aid her crew into said hanger, SERAPH nothing is to get passed those two dreadnoughts until after evacuation is complete, katsuragi once you are done, you will say so out loud so that SERAPH can scuttle that ship before my father gets his hands on it" i said as i stood from my seat
"where are you going" misato asked
"i'm going to protect my home" i responded as i left the office
