Jim got out of the house in his police department workout clothes to warm up before the games.
Is Melanie going to be ok? Jim asked himself.
He kicked up the pace his legs now screaming and begging him to stop but he had to finish the warm-up, he just had too! Jim smiled seeing the small family of three out fishing. His breathing quickened as he didn't stop using all the energy he had to warm up effectively and quickly as to not burn out before the race.
What the? He thought as he started seeing bits and pieces of some sort of flashback maybe or a dream. He saw a child at school, a little girl that resembled him and his friend Melanie very much when he got back into focus on getting back home before the games.
Who was that girl and why is she so familiar looking? Jim thought.
