Daphné woke up by someone pulling the blanket covering her. She felt a sudden wave of cold and slightly opened her eyes.
“What the fuck?” she said.
“Way to start the day, Daphy” a female voice said.
Then she realized who it was. Only two people called her Daphy. Her mum, and her dad. And that certainly wasn't her dad.
“I meant to say duck! Why are you waking me up at” she checked her clock “1am?! This better be important”
“Yes. You have a flight to take!”
She remembered what Walker told her a few hours ago. “Mum, the flight isn't until two hours and the airport isn't far away”
“Better safe than sorry. I should've woken you up at 11pm it's too late now. Come on, Walker is probably already waiting for you”
“𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘦𝘳 is probably still sleeping and dreaming of unicorns”
“No he's not. His mum just called me. Uh, get your ass up! Even Lucas woke up earlier than you, God knows how that even hapoened”
“Okay okay!” she got up and went to the bathroom. Then she turned back, only her head visible behind the bathroom door. “Wait, Lucas?”
