Chapter 2

Briella

I headed home and snuck back in since it was time to meet my dad.

Mom and Luke weren't home Dad arrived so I went with him.

"How have you been Ella?", Logan asked.

"I'm fine so are we going to the grandparents?", I asked.

"Ella we need to talk Lorelai called me", Logan sighed.

I could tell her was disappointed but why would he care he shows up once a month for a few hours.

"Dad not now please", I rolled my eyes.

"Ella are you acting out because of your Real Mom?", Logan asked quietly.

"No I'm not!", I lied.

I just wanted her to come back I had only seen her once in the past 5 years.

"Ok then let's head to your grandparents", Logan replied.

"Hi auntie Honor!", I smiled.

"Hi Ella", Honor smiled hugging me.

"Oh hello Ella!", Mitchum smiled.

People would say Grandpa was a rude person but he always seem to have a soft spot for me.

Sadly grandma had passed away 3 years prior.

"So Ella I have a proposal for you how would you like to attend Chilton?", Mitchum asked.

Dad smiled he looked happy I didn't want to say yes but did since he looked proud.

"Yes that sounds amazing", I lied.

"Great!", Logan smiled.

Few hours later

"Bye Grandpa and Honor!", I smiled hugging them both.

"Goodbye Hunny", Mitchum smiled back.

We got in the car it was silent for awhile until Dad spoke.

"Ella I'm moving back to Hartford no more London!", Logan said smiling.

"Really you are does that mean I'll see you more!", I said smiling excited.

"Yes and you can come stay on weekends", Logan suggested.

"Thank you dad", I smiled.

I arrived home and said bye to my Dad. It was late and everyone was asleep. I saw Babette on her patio.

"Hi Sugar!", Babette shouted.

"Hi Babette!", I waved.

I went over to talk with her since I wasn't tired yet.

"Was that your dad Hunny?", Morey asked.

"Yes I just got back from dinner with him", I smiled.

I left after a few minutes and headed home. Cassie was snoring as usual I sighed.

"You woke me up!", Cassie yawned.

"I didn't Cass Just go back to sleep", I giggled.

She was half asleep it was funny I thought. I got dressed and went to sleep.

Morning

*Beep beep*

"Cassie turn the Damn alarm off!", I yawned.

"It's 7:15 school starts at 8", Cassie replied.

"Good then turn it off!", I whispered sleepily.

I ended up sleeping until 8 Mom and Luke were not happy.

"Cassie has went to school Ella get up!", Lorelai yelled at me.

"I'm up I'll get ready then", I yawned.

I got dressed and was about to head to school but Luke said he'd drive me.

"Ella I'm driving you because I want to make sure you actually go into school", Luke replied.

"Fine", I sighed crossing my arms.

Luke was basically a dad to me but I never called him Dad I did when I was younger but then Logan came back and wanted to be in my life.

We arrived at school I headed in Luke didn't leave until I went in.

"You're late Ella?", James asked.

"I was asleep it's more important", I giggled hugging him.

"So I might be switching schools", I blurted out.

I had to tell him since he was my boyfriend.

"What school?", James asked curious.

"Chilton some snotty rich school", I giggled.

"Atleast it's not to far", James smirked.

After school

Somehow we spent a whole day at school for once when I got him she was there.

"R-rory?", I said in shock.

"Briella look sit we should talk", Rory said quietly.

I sat down on the sofa she sat next to me.

"I want to get to know you hunny and hopefully be a real Mother to you", Rory said smiling.

It was what I always wanted but I lashed out instead.

"No you left me before I was even one Grandma is my mom she raised me you left me just leave I don't want to see you!", I yelled in tears.

I ran to my room and locked the door. I heard her leave but she just sat in her car.

*Knock knock*

"Ella it's me Mom?", Lorelai whispered.

I unlocked the door to let her in I wasn't crying anymore.

"Mom why is she here?", I asked.

"I called her Hunny", Lorelai whispered.

It went silent for a few minutes why did she call her.

"Why?", I asked.

"You've been acting out alot lately we know why even in you say no", Lorelai said Hugging me.

"Can I get ungrounded then?", I smiled giggling.

"Sure hunny please stay out of trouble and she's still outside go talk to her", Lorelai smiled.
