You tapped your fingers excitedly against the table. Today was the day you were to meet Nezuko Kamado.

But despite the anticipation of finally connecting with someone who might understand your unique struggles, a sense of nervousness crept up your spine. Giyuu noticed your restlessness, his hand coming to rest on yours in a silent gesture of comfort.

"Relax. The Kamados aren't important people like Oyakata-sama or Kocho. Think of them as kind civilians," he reassured you, his voice calm and steady. You shot him a questioning glance, the anxiety still evident in your eyes. "That isn't what I'm worried about, Giyuu-sama," you confessed, your voice almost offended.

Giyuu tilted his head in silent inquiry as you gathered your thoughts. "It isn't their rank or power that concerns me," you explained, your words hesitant yet resolute. "This Nezuko is the only person who could possibly understand how I feel right now. This meeting must be fruitful."

As Giyuu stood to answer the door, your nerves prickled with anticipation. The sturdy knock echoed through the room, drawing your attention to the entrance where a figure soon emerged.

"Good morning Tomioka-sama and.." You looked at the boy in front of you.

With burgundy hair swept back to reveal a prominent scar on his forehead, the newcomer exuded a sense of calm that eased your apprehension. You offered a polite bow. "Good morning, Kamado-kun. I'm Y/n L/n."

Tanjiro's smile widened at your greeting, his eyes twinkling with kindness. "It's a pleasure to meet you, L/n-san," he replied warmly.

Despite the pleasant exchange, your anticipation grew as you scanned the room, searching for the demon you were promised.

"Ah!" Suddenly, Tanjiro's attention shifted, and you followed his gaze to a box he had set down nearby. With a mischievous glint in his eyes, he began to unlatch the box slowly, as if teasing you with its contents.

You quirked a puzzled brow towards Giyuu. Your eyes asked him, Where is Nezuko? And he answered, motioning to the box.

With bated breath, you watched as Tanjiro lifted the lid, revealing the figure nestled within.

The girl hesitantly stepped out, her gaze meeting yours with a mixture of curiosity and wariness. You couldn't help but be struck by her appearance: her large, childlike eyes held a depth of emotion that seemed to pierce straight through you, while her long, inky hair cascaded down her back in a mesmerizing display of color.

But what truly captivated you were her eyes-vibrant pink irises that seemed to shimmer with a life of their own, drawing you in with their intensity.

For a moment, you simply stood there, taking it all in-the sight of this girl who held the key to unlocking the mysteries of your existence.

You gulped before speaking, "Good morning, Nezuko-chan."

Nezuko responded with a soft grunt, your gaze flickering to the strip of bamboo that covered her mouth. But despite the barrier between you, you could sense a warmth in her expression-a glimmer of understanding that transcended words.

And then, to your delight, her eyes crinkled with the hint of a smile, and you couldn't help but grin in return.

You frowned as Tanjiro explained how his sister became a demon.

Tanjiro's recounting of Nezuko's transformation was filled with pain and sorrow, each detail a testament to the hardships they had endured. As he spoke, you listened intently, the furrow in your brow deepening with each passing moment.

"I'm sorry, Nezuko-chan. You gave the girl an apologetic look before continuing, "This isn't fair. That man deserves to feel what each of his victims felt. I swear that whoever this Muza-"
